They gave us an estimate and worked with our insurance company so well. They were able to proceed with the repairs very soon. “I was at O'Reilly's today. I received 5+ service and compassion. I have a serious illness and have to go out of town tomorrow. My car battery was jumped from roadside assistance. They told me to get my battery and alternator checked out at O'Reilly's. Kat looked at the vehicle and did a diagnostic. We thought it was the alternator. I bought a new one and after a second inspection, it was the battery. I returned the alternator and Kat had a friend install the battery. Nobody got over on me and everyone was compassionate.
