“I stepped inside to pay my property tax among other things. I had an arm in a sling and my legs were weak. I sat with an associate who helped me complete my business. She normally works at the Chatham Road facility but was helping out at the N. Dirksen branch. She was very kind and professional. She looked quite young so I asked how much banking experience she had. It was about 3 years or less. 1 with INB. She performed her job like a seasoned veteran. Everyone inside that branch were very kind. I recommend this bank if you are wanting to open a new account.”
