She normally works at the Chatham Road facility but was helping out at the N. Dirksen branch. She was very kind and professional. She looked quite young so I asked how much banking experience she had. It was about 3 years or less. 1 with INB. She performed her job like a seasoned veteran. Everyone inside that branch were very kind. I recommend this bank if you are wanting to open a new account.”
