The employees were efficient in moving people through the line and were helpful when a miscommunication resulted in one of my prescriptions not being filled.”

Very personable and listen to your needs. The location is hard to find if you go in person. But like I said, they have a wonderful and caring staff.”

“Kevin the pharmacy tech helped me find a Walgreen's discount on my dog's medication (over $300) bringing down the cost to $22.22!!!!! I had told Kevin my dog injured her back (IVDD) and if the med was over $300 I could not afford it and she would be in pain. He said he would see what he could do because the medication for nerve pain was for humans and dogs. Now I can manage her IVDD pain. Thank you Kevin and thank you Walgreens!”

“I arrived with a prescription and a discount coupon at a busy time, and I was prepared to wait for as long as needed. Someone stepped up to the counter, took my patient information and told me it would be 30 minutes. I shopped for some grocery items while I waited. It was a great experience because it was the third pharmacy I had visited and the only one with a price I could afford.”

“This is not an issue when it comes to prescribing. Doctors can prescribe whatever they want if your doctor is blaming the government or something like this saying it’s not allowed its prohibited they’re lying.
Doesn’t mean they have to give it just they owe an explanation it may not be what the patient wants to hear but it’s better than blaming someone. Ask them nicely but be firm what could go wrong if they already don’t want to give it at least make them help you understand why.
Tell them help me understand is it not appropriate or is there a specific reason it’s not allowed what is it exactly i would like to know because why exactly would it not be allowed if a patient needs it or is it not a good option I don’t understand.
Unless you’re receiving controlled substances from somewhere else the doctor hasn’t been told about this prescription lookup is not a concern. All it does is let you look up if a patient is getting medication filled from someone else which is something that should be possible anyways for any medication but it’s not.”

Some people were told they have to wait until the next day and treated the employees very poorly and they did not deserve that. They were doing the absolute best they could! “I’m an animal emergency technician and I had a really bad back injury from work on Friday. I really needed my pain meds but when I got to the pharmacy it was soo slammed. Like literally 20 people in line. And some people weren’t being super nice to the staff. They were rushing around like crazy to help everyone. They offer curbside pickup which was a very smooth and easy process and even went back inside to get 1 more item for me from their store. I was very impressed and thankful.
