“I was nervous to sign up for a storage unit without an office on site, I've had friends sign up, pay, and not be able to access the units. But I was able to get inside quickly, once I found the unit through the maze of numbers that made little sense (in fairness they did provide a map, I just didn't realize that until after I left), I was able to open it up with no issues. It was clean, and I was able to start putting my stuff away with no issues. Door closed and locked just fine as well. It's also one of the best prices, even with the mandatory insurance on the unit, so that was good as well. I mainly chose this place for the price, and vicinity to my house.”

The customer service that we have received has been outstanding and we can't say enough good things about them! At one point I think we actually had three units as we transitioned homes. “I have 3 storage units at this facility and have never had any problems with the staff or have I ever had any of my stuff damaged. Its a storage unit. There might be some issues with mice or bugs. But they do their best to get rid of them. And rain may seep under the door. That's why any valuables I might have is wrapped in bubble wrap. And I have plastic tubs in case of water leakage and I also have pallets. You can't expect them to make sure your property is protected. Its your property. I had a sofa in my unit and had it wrapped in plastic for 2 years. Just recently pulled it out in great shape. Wasn't wet or damaged. Still in great shape. Its your responsibility to make sure your property is properly wrapped. You can't just throw it in the unit. I think the people that work there are friendly and professional. And the people who work in the office can only do what the owners let them do. They don't make the rules. They just have to follow them.
I like this storage facility and will continue to be a cutomer.”

“It's been a few months now and B&J has proven to be a great choice. There is a live person(s) M-F in the office directly across from the units that are really friendly and helpful. The units appear to be nice and tight against the weather and easy to open. I especially like the 24/7 access bcz my life isn't on a regular schedule. When I pull up, my car is right next to my space. That makes it incredibly easy to get things done quick.”
“Our experience with Moscardelli was great! We had a lot of furniture to be moved, and we thought it would take a full day, but they got the job done in just a few hours. “The manager, Steve, helped me restore my trailer rental reservation to my original request, by finding one that had just become available from the shop at the Uhaul on Clearlake Dr (uHaul corp called me a few days earlier and indicated my original reservation could only be met with a smaller trailer, unless I was willing to drive an hour further to get one at Havana, Il.) He went above and beyond to help me get the larger trailer I had orginally tried to reserve. Excellent service!”

“I have always used this storage facility. Have always had confidence in it being a safe storage with cameras on the property and having it gated with code entry which you get a notification on your phone thru text.Now I will say they have recently sold the property to someone and since they have taken over I haven't had a great experience from them and feeling as of this day they owe me for the things they stole out of my storage which had been payed for and had been since I had gotten it and due to their miss communication between owner and transfer of the business and just assumed i wasnt using my storage due that there was only two things in it and just took it upon themselves to throw them items away without calling me or any of the other two numbers they have for me and for My lady and I finding out the hard way and thinking someone broke into our storage and all due to not having a lock on it just yet. My up set is this new owner feeling like they aren't responsible for what they took out and disposed of with out contacting the person renting the unit.”
