“I was so impressed by the quick and professional care they gave us when we needed a storage container while we remodeled our house. It was so convenient to be able to rent a container, get the work done and then unload it back into the house a couple months later. Everything was in pristine condition and it was super affordable. Harvey made it so simple and we will absolutely be using him again in the future!”

“My lease of the property I was renting was ending at the end of May of 2026.. I was looking for a storage unit for all of my belongings until I secured a new residency. A friend suggested I look into where he has storage units through which is 10 federal storage in Springfield,il. I went on their website and online was able to rent a unit and the whole process took a matter of minutes to complete. My payment was processed and immediately I was emailed confirmation of rental and what the unit number was / lock code for lock that came with unit as well as main gate code for entering facility.By far the most fastest stress free experience I've had ever had renting a storage unit. 5 stars all the way! Thank you10 federal storage”

“Great movers in Springfield. I was referred by Concordia Village and I spoke with Craig Drone. He called me back right away and was very accommodating for our tight schedule. His quote was fair, $194 per hour, turned out to be cheaper than quoted which is even better. The moving guys Clarence and Andrew arrived promptly and called me. I was pleased to meet them as they were absolute gentlemen and hard workers. They were very careful with my mother’s belongings and swiftly got to our destination. Craig also showed up during the move and shook my hand, and made sure all was good. I was very impressed with the staff’s professionalism. Thank you for helping us out and making a seamless move.”

“It's been a few months now and B&J has proven to be a great choice. There is a live person(s) M-F in the office directly across from the units that are really friendly and helpful. The units appear to be nice and tight against the weather and easy to open. I especially like the 24/7 access bcz my life isn't on a regular schedule. When I pull up, my car is right next to my space. That makes it incredibly easy to get things done quick.”

“I have used Storage Sense several times now. It started when we were preparing to downsize our family home. Lucky to find this storage facility. We opted for a climate controlled unit, currently we have 2 units. Easy to arrange initial rental of unit & the closing when we no longer needed the space. Storage Sense is secure, very clean and easily accessible. Whenever I needed anyone, staff was always pleasant. courteous and professional. Can give an honest opinion. Would highly recommend if you need short term or long term storage!”

“I have 3 storage units at this facility and have never had any problems with the staff or have I ever had any of my stuff damaged. Its a storage unit. There might be some issues with mice or bugs. But they do their best to get rid of them. And rain may seep under the door. That's why any valuables I might have is wrapped in bubble wrap. And I have plastic tubs in case of water leakage and I also have pallets. You can't expect them to make sure your property is protected. Its your property. I had a sofa in my unit and had it wrapped in plastic for 2 years. Just recently pulled it out in great shape. Wasn't wet or damaged. Still in great shape. Its your responsibility to make sure your property is properly wrapped. You can't just throw it in the unit. I think the people that work there are friendly and professional. And the people who work in the office can only do what the owners let them do. They don't make the rules. They just have to follow them. I like this storage facility and will continue to be a cutomer.”
