“I will say that when I called up there to pay my brother's storage unit to get it unlocked I asked the lady to make sure they unlocked it that same say since I no longer live in Illinois. I was home for a funeral and my dad's Motorcycle was in the unit. The lady that spoke to me was on top of her game. She was friendly and made sure she got it the master lock off so I had no troubles getting in the unit before I returned home to TX.”

“Unfortunately people do not understand how renting of equipment works- especially one way equipment. Uhaul has to get the equipment in in order to send it out. If no one is coming into Springfield one way, then Springfield doesn't have the equipment to send back out one way. If you put in your reservation way in advance and understand that the employees do not control where your truck/trailer is, you'll have a pleasant experience!!”

“I don't know what we would have done without Moscarelli Moving. We were under a very tight schedule relocating. We only had about 2 weeks to get our move organized and planned. Every other moving company was booked out until October, at least. It was mid-August, the high-holy days of moving. We were making a short move--25 miles away--and we were needing to get out of a town that had, unfortunately, become unsafe for us. This moving company understood our situation and made room for us. We had to get things organized quickly, but it worked out. All of the staff were really great to us and understanding that we needed to get out of a town that was no longer safe for us. And they got us MOVED! Jim, the owner came over himself to assess our move; Linda in the office is a great person with whom to work; and thank you to Dakota, Jay and Seth (and any others) who even came back 2 days later to make an additional trip for us. I think one replaceable, plastic item was broken. Big deal. It's called, "moving," for a reason. None of our furniture or nice things were in any way damaged. These people worked hard; did great work; and I would recommend them to you. And if we need any help moving any large items around now that we are here, we can hire them to come over and work for a day or a morning....they are very flexible and understanding that you are doing something that is very difficult; maybe it's the most difficult thing you've done. And they could not have been nicer or more professional to us.”

“I have always used this storage facility. Have always had confidence in it being a safe storage with cameras on the property and having it gated with code entry which you get a notification on your phone thru text.Now I will say they have recently sold the property to someone and since they have taken over I haven't had a great experience from them and feeling as of this day they owe me for the things they stole out of my storage which had been payed for and had been since I had gotten it and due to their miss communication between owner and transfer of the business and just assumed i wasnt using my storage due that there was only two things in it and just took it upon themselves to throw them items away without calling me or any of the other two numbers they have for me and for My lady and I finding out the hard way and thinking someone broke into our storage and all due to not having a lock on it just yet. My up set is this new owner feeling like they aren't responsible for what they took out and disposed of with out contacting the person renting the unit.”
