I called Jerry, and he was on top of it from that moment on - called FedEx, located my package, got on the phone with my SF hotel, and even sent them a shipping label to get the passport back to Lake Forest for me. “The "quick" in their name isn't just fluff... They have lightning-fast turnaround on orders! There have been a few jobs where we needed printed materials in under two or three hours, and Ken's pulled it off without any crazy rush charges. I've even had small jobs completed before I got there, after a quick cross-town drive - that's fast! They use good paper, their equipment must be pretty dependable stuff that's well maintained, and someone must be monitoring quality. No errors. No crumpled up misfeeds. Consistent quality coverage with no weird banding. No registration problems. No inaccurate colors. No cracks on folds. No surprise price hikes or oddball "gotcha" fees. Their technicians never seem to have problems with artwork in a myriad of file formats (sometimes our clients send us Word docs, Power Point slides, really uncommon formats, or files from old versions of design software), or missing fonts. Ken's Quick Print offers good quality printing at fair prices for the neighborhood. They're a good shop, with good staff, and ought to be saved in the contacts list of every small business in the area.”

“I have been using Hemant and this UPS Store since it opened for everything from notary services to purchasing shipping supplies to sending packages. I am always happy to have an excuse to go in and see Hemant. I could buy packing supplies a little cheaper elsewhere, but this store is super convenient and Hemant is awesome!For the first time this week I used Hemant for something more important: to package an expensive item for shipping (via FedEx). Hemant was great in that his price was reasonable, he did it quickly and let me send him a FedEx label and schedule a FedEx pickup at his store. I felt like this was very customer-focused concierge service that was well worth the price.Unfortunately, the $2k alabaster sculpture arrived to the receiver damaged. It was insured for the full amount through FedEx and a claim has been filed with all relevant photos and info.I called Hemant to let him know what happened and that it appeared to me and the receiver that there was not sufficient packing material and the claim could be denied by FedEx as a result. Though Hemant said he thought he packaged it sufficiently, he took the tough news in stride and asked to send the photos of the damage and keep him updated on the insurance claim.I have such high regard for and faith in Hemant that I am leaving this review knowing that if FedEx does deny the claim, Hemant will do the right thing and pay for the item in full. He is that kind of person and businessman.The character of people and businesses only shows its true colors during trying times and when mistakes are made. I have the utmost confidence that Hemant will make it right, if necessary. I will update this review accordingly.”

“I wanted to print a banner for my brother's memorial service. Chromatech gave me a quote and was very understand and accommodating when the size of the banner kept increasing. Ultimately it was a banner 3 feet high by 11 feet long. Every inch of the printing was great! They were also so compassionate to what the banner was for---their employee (not sure which one) was so kind to my mother when she went to pick it up. Not only did they do great work, but they were good people to work with and I'd use them again.”
