“I have been using Hemant and this UPS Store since it opened for everything from notary services to purchasing shipping supplies to sending packages. I am always happy to have an excuse to go in and see Hemant. I could buy packing supplies a little cheaper elsewhere, but this store is super convenient and Hemant is awesome!For the first time this week I used Hemant for something more important: to package an expensive item for shipping (via FedEx). Hemant was great in that his price was reasonable, he did it quickly and let me send him a FedEx label and schedule a FedEx pickup at his store. I felt like this was very customer-focused concierge service that was well worth the price.Unfortunately, the $2k alabaster sculpture arrived to the receiver damaged. It was insured for the full amount through FedEx and a claim has been filed with all relevant photos and info.I called Hemant to let him know what happened and that it appeared to me and the receiver that there was not sufficient packing material and the claim could be denied by FedEx as a result. Though Hemant said he thought he packaged it sufficiently, he took the tough news in stride and asked to send the photos of the damage and keep him updated on the insurance claim.I have such high regard for and faith in Hemant that I am leaving this review knowing that if FedEx does deny the claim, Hemant will do the right thing and pay for the item in full. He is that kind of person and businessman.The character of people and businesses only shows its true colors during trying times and when mistakes are made. I have the utmost confidence that Hemant will make it right, if necessary. I will update this review accordingly.”

“As a young adult, I remember my mom sending me packages filled with great items, and I knew I was receiving something terrific when I saw the label was from Lake Forest Pack and Ship. I am older now, and mom recently passed away, so I needed to send a few valuables to my home in Georgia. Michael at LF Pack and Ship took the best care of me and the items. Everything (oil paintings, crystal, picture frames) arrived safely, in perfect condition, and early (thank you, FedEx ground)!”

“I went to store on Dundee Road yesterday to return Dyson vacuum with printed barcode. The kid, told me that that barcode was wrong. I called Dyson and asked the right barcode or return label. They emailed me. And I asked the kid if I can return the vacuum. He said, I have to print it. I was like can you just scan or print. He said NO. I left and went to Glenview Store. Asked the same thing. This time worker offered me to print barcode and label. And finally I was able to return the vacuum. I didn’t have to visit two store to do same thing. I didn’t even asked something that they can not do. Please do not spend people time and effort. Don’t t go to Dundee Store go to any Glenview Store. They are way more helpful and best customer service. Thanks to The Ups Store #2157 !!!”

“I’ve been into this store only a few times, but each time I’ve gotten in and out quickly and without a problem. The staff there is great! Quick and efficient. Most recently, Atari, the employee who assisted me, she was so wonderful and helpful. She assisted me with printing labels and finding old thrown out boxes that I could use to complete my returns. She definitely saved me a second trip to the store and a lot of hassle. She is definitely a lovely woman. Thank you so much to Atari! Great customer service and I hope she and everyone reads this. I told her I’d write a review and I’m sticking to my word. -Matt????”

I have always received top-notch service from them. Although I do agree that $6 for a single box is quite expensive, the experience has always been perfect and the service excellent.”

“I recently had a situation where a package was received damaged after shipping from this location ( UPS Fault...not staff here) . I didn't think there was anything that could be done but mentioned it to the team at this location anyway. They said they would look into it and I forgot to call them back to ask if anything was actually done. To my surprise I received a phone call that the problem was resolved and compensation given. This was so unexpected, they followed through and are always so nice and helpful! Great staff!”

“I come here frequently to ship out my artwork to clients and customers locally/nationally and I’m glad that my experience here has been nothing short of excellent. Ruben is always helpful and mindful about things to help make the shipping of my art that much better; he wants to ensure that the art that is sent out arrives to the client’s hand safely and in perfect condition. I’ve never had a client of mine complain about shipping and they’ve always received their art in perfect condition. Thankful that you guys have a mindful and driven associate like Ruben.Edit- 1/24/24I visited this location after a long time and I was greeted by Tiffany. She took the time to guide me through the new system and add my updated info to it. I was surprised she knew me by name cause again, I haven’t visited this location in a minute, but it was nice to be known. She asked detailed questions on how I wanted my piece to be shipped out, which I appreciate because it is an exhibition piece and I didn’t want it to be damaged on arrival. She was very detail oriented and I’m grateful for that.”
