“I had work done in my garage and porch and needed storage while the work was completed. The storage pod was delivered on time but the work on the porch was delayed several times resulting in the pickup of the pod being delayed twice. I had to reschedule the pick up twice. Dave at Mobile Storage Solutions was easy to work with and the pickup of the pod also went smoothly.
The pod was in great condition and I would use them again when the need for a storage pod arises.”

“Staff is excellent and the cages are very clean - but you don’t want to store anything upholstered or paper - the humidity is SO high and the concrete floor doesn’t help. We had to move locations to save our furniture. Disappointed that they call it climate controlled - moving belongings twice is a pain! Hopefully they’ll add AC.”

“I recently had an extraordinary experience with this location, Ms. Kari was very helpful showing me where my unit was at, cleaned it almost right before I got a chance to move in. They use a very interesting combination of Fabuloso to ensure the storage facility stays smelling great and maintaining an extremely high level of cleanliness. Besides that I also got to meet Ms. Berly who very enthusiastically waved hello to me while I was getting a couple tools from my unit, she also came out to introduce herself and even helped me with a couple of things. Overall it was a very rare experience for a storage facility to have such high levels of client interaction and amazing client experience.”

“First class from start to finish. Easy signup. Auto payments. My household goods were in a clean, locked “room”. I had the only key. When one container wasn’t enough, acquiring a 2nd container across the hall was effortless. When I was finished I didn’t even have to go to the office to end the relationship.
I used the storage facility for only a couple months will we installed a new hardwood floor.
I would definitely use the facility again if the need arose. It couldn’t be better.”
“We used Extra Space Storage on 1255 Townline Rd. Mundelein, to store belongings for our daughter and son-in-law, who are moving from Ohio.
Chris was SO helpful to us. Not only did he help us decide what size storage to get, he personally walked us over and showed us everything. I had been calling him several times and he was always kind, patient and friendly.
When we had to get the bigger storage because we needed the space, he drove us over to the new unit and showed us everything. I have never met anyone as personable Chris, who goes out of his way to help people.
The building itself is secure and clean. The security cameras are a plus. We rented a well-lit, indoor climate-controlled unit that you can just drive up to. It’s a piece of cake!”

“I chose this Life Storage location a few weeks ago because of the reviews, and the reviews were NOT just hype. Marty is a helpful and courteous man who is a wealth of information and always friendly. This place is clean, well-lit, and the atmosphere feels safe. The only thing I think could be changed a little is that the overhead garage door stays open longer than it should after the eye has been cleared, but I am new to this storage stuff, so maybe there is a good reason for that. Otherwise, Marty is truly an asset to the company and this location is bright, clean, and wonderful.”
