When the first boot system ultimately didn't work out, they started over, purchasing all new components without charging me extra. The $1,000+ fee was steep, especially considering that the pair I've ended up with still don't fit great, but I know that it is a steal for how many hours they have spent shipping, adjusting, and researching what are, ultimately, limited options based on last length and width.
I'd recommend their services for men or women with larger feet for which the boot industry has more fit options. I am hopeful that in the future L&S and other manufacturers will invest in more inclusive products/services so that outdoor women can experience the same support that men do.”
