“I had a situation with my account. I thought there was a transaction that was fraudulent so I wanted it to be reported to the fraud department. I ended up going to the Rock Falls branch of Sterling Federal Bank and worked with Natalie Herrera. I know her personally since I worked there for many years, but I was still very impressed with her professionalism and accuracy of what I needed. As we were working through it, I noticed that all the girls at the Rock Falls branch were laughing and smiling with each other and with customers.
