Internet service is absolutely awful and laced with unspoken contracts. Barely averaged 2mbps the 2 years we had them, even with an outdoor receiver that WAS advertised as a free upgrade, that turned out to not be true, and owe THEM over $300 for their junk reciever when my parents got a different, better provider. Told to go in store to resolve, then told to call customer service, back and forth as they refuse to take it. Do NOT get internet with them.

can’t even rate it 0 stars because of how bad her service was. Lady working there made everything easier for the next woman which must’ve been her friend walk in. Giggled and smiled at her after I left. I Wanted to come in feeling like I can comfortably ask questions, made me leave wishing I would’ve gone to the Sterling U.S cellular. Her face was stank the moment I came in. Weird. But I walked in, and it Took me about 3 minutes before I realized that she was not going to give me any sort of customer support and gave me a direction to buy my tablet online. She directed me wrong which led me to go to The Sterling store where they actually helped me, fixed the mess she made me do and made me feel comfortable coming back. Can’t believe this RF store is so desperate for workers they hire just about anyone with teeth. Idk where these reviews 5 star reviews are from but I wish I had those workers yesterday. 0/10 service 0/10 work ethic 0/10 professionalism.

I bought a new phone from another provider and could not get help transferring info from my old phone. Fortunately my neighbor was with UScellular and the new phone was also a US cellular type. She suggested I go see if they could help. Thomas Alexander was so helpful so I decided to switch providers and he was so very informative so I even switched my internet. It was so very wonderful to have someone face-to-face helping me.
This horrible experience ended up so great thanks to Thomas' completely professional and personal assistance.

Stopped by Rock Falls US Cellular shop to explore updated plans & phones. What a great decision!Austin & Shelby's customer service was immediately welcoming & focused on our needs. They were truly knowledgeable & incredibly patient, sharing detailed descriptions of plans, associated costs, as well as current phone options.We found an agreeable plan, purchased phones, tablets and left the store with everything transferred & with lots of new tips for storage & navigation.If you're looking for individualized customer care delivered with patience, focus and expertise, you'll surely find it at this location!Thank you, Austin & Shelby!

I just got the most awesome assistance from Austin in the Rock Falls, IL office. He very, very patiently and skillfully helped me with a issue that had gone on with different carrier for several months. I am a new US Cellular customer, but I am so grateful for his help and I very highly recommend this store!!

This US Cellular store is wonderful. Our salesperson, Austin, was fantastic. My friend needed to get a new phone to upgrade from 3G. Austin made this process extremely easy. He was very proficient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions with patience. I am going back today to switch my service and my mother’s to US Cellular because it’s nice to know that I can receive top notch service at this location. Just wanted to update my review. I went back to the store today to transfer my service from Straight Talk to U S Cellular and again received excellent service. I wasn’t in the best of mood after dealing with Straight Talk for two days and Gabriel made my visit a very easy and pleasant experience. His customer service is more than awesome. I would highly recommend this US Cellular store if you want knowledgeable, professional, and friendly service.

Dan was the best. He was efficient friendly and made my family and I feel welcome. The process for upgrading my phone was exceptionally smooth. I was in and out within an hour easily. I dreaded the upgrade from past experiences that seemed to take 3-4 hours. Not the case any longer, especially if you have backed up your device on iCloud. Dan thank you for the excellent service today! I will be back for sure!
