“The shop itself is small, but cute. The staff is polite and offered to help with whatever I needed, but I kind of felt like they thought I was going to steal something. I felt as if I was being followed around the store or watched, and any time I would pick something up that I’d want, the woman would say “I’ll take that for you” and put it behind the counter. I may just being sensitive, but it made me feel very uncomfortable.”

It is stunning! Then she orchestrated the repair of a filigree diamond ring that other jewelers wouldn't touch. For several months we had discussed possible repairs and I finally decided to try the repair. I can't even tell you how many hours she has spent with me in person, via text and phone to make sure my heirloom was lovingly restored. She is now a trusted friend! You will not be disappointed!!!
