I haven't worn it in 4 years as I was expecting it to cost several hundred dollars as it did the last 2 times I'd had it repaired at other jewelers. This time I brought it Insiredesign Jewelry and Mindy was able to explain what is causing the need to repeatedly repair it, what we can do to fix it and that she could have it safely wearable for a pittance! I was so thrilled. Mindy really knows her stuff and I immediately felt that I could trust her and that my ring was in great hands.
