“Karen and McKenzie were amazing and saved our day! We live in a 2010 Tiffin Allegro Red and were driving through the area. An irritating check engine light was only showing up for less than a second. We called and they got us in right away... Karen put the computer checker on the engine and discovered a valve that was not 100%. Ordered the part right away. Recommended an RV Park down the road. “Top notch store. I'm not handy but my daughter was visiting from college and her battery died on a Sunday. I called all over to find a place that would install a battery I buy from them. I was met with closed stores and sold out batteries until I reached Shawna at advance. She was helpful and said they had the battery I needed and would install it. I got a jump start and drove over. A gentleman helped me and I wish I could remember his name. He did not balk at having to go out in the cold and install my battery. I highly recommend this store.”

“Had a check engine light and wrench symbol pop up Saturday afternoon. Couldn’t believe I found a dealership open on a Sunday 75 miles away. Drove and parked there praying they were actually open and could possibly fit me in with no appointment.
Walked in at 7am. Spoke to Stan. He said let’s diagnose it and go from there. We have 3 or 4 other trucks to get at today.
By 7:15 Braxton had me pull up and plugged into the computer.
DPF sensor.
Was out of there by 10am and to Regen probably took an hour.
Great experience especially considering no appointment and on a Sunday.
