“I had to take my pick-up truck in yesterday (the day before Thanksgiving) to Kimberly Car City in Davenport for a broken license plate light. I only had a single day which I could take the truck in and had an appointment at 10:00 am. The Service Department was a beehive of activity with it being before a holiday weekend and a winter storm coming through. Yet the staff at Kimberly Car City was pleasant, efficient and took care of me as if I were the only customer in the shop that day. Kudos to Jennifer Moses and her crew! I was in and out in less than two hours and they even covered the repair under warranty. The customer service was outstanding and greatly appreciated. You have a customer here for life!”

My vehicle came back completely cleaned up inside and out and the repair was absolutely perfect. Scott and the other employees run the shop like a well oiled machine. “I started my search for a new vehicle with a call toSteve Parott as recommended by a friend. I saw Steve the next morning with my list of wants in a new vehicle. Steve is WONDERFUL! He listened, asked questions and explained he had 2 vehicles on the lot with ALL my wants except 1 which is not available.
He brought both vehicles out for me to see. Both were great. He was patient with me and answered all my questions as I sat in each and tried to understand the computerization of new autos as it has been a while.
I chose the Audi Q3s.
Next I met with Michael, he was great too, making sure all the paperwork was in order and even later answered questions by phone about insurance.
I was very happy with trade in values and the ending figures. Picked up my new car the next morning.

“I was getting ready to get back on the road to go home (Indiana). When I turned my car on, the check engine light was on. I went to this AutoZone to get a diagnostic. They were able to figure out the code for the problem but had not seen the code before and could not help. However, they suggested I go to a repair shop just about 10 min away. With AutoZone's help and the help of the other repair shop, I was able to get back on the road. I am grateful that, even though they could not directly help, they were able to recommend someone in the area that could help! Thank you!”

“My poor truck has been leaking coolant for a while now, and I diagnosed my issue as being a water pump. I was getting fuel across the street and called this location to see if they had my part in stock, which they did, and the very nice woman set it on the counter for me anticipating my arrival. I got in, picked up my part, showed them some pictures and asked for advice, and was on my way. I didn't get any shop work done obviously, but in my experiences, GTG peterbilts are always solid locations! Thank you guys, and I may see you again!”

“I recently found this Auto recycler to replace a seat in my older pickup truck. I had looked at two different salvage yards, but didn't find what I needed. They were able to locate and deliver what I needed. My only comment is that they need a little bit better quality control. The seat had a broken hinge and it wouldn't recline and the recline handle may have been damaged during transport. I was able to repair both items but was a little disappointed. I would likely use them again, but do a much better inspection of the item before taking it.”
