“I started my search for a new vehicle with a call toSteve Parott as recommended by a friend. I saw Steve the next morning with my list of wants in a new vehicle. Steve is WONDERFUL! He listened, asked questions and explained he had 2 vehicles on the lot with ALL my wants except 1 which is not available.
He brought both vehicles out for me to see. Both were great. He was patient with me and answered all my questions as I sat in each and tried to understand the computerization of new autos as it has been a while.

They were able to figure out the code for the problem but had not seen the code before and could not help. However, they suggested I go to a repair shop just about 10 min away. With AutoZone's help and the help of the other repair shop, I was able to get back on the road. I am grateful that, even though they could not directly help, they were able to recommend someone in the area that could help! Thank you!”

“I had to take my pick-up truck in yesterday (the day before Thanksgiving) to Kimberly Car City in Davenport for a broken license plate light. I only had a single day which I could take the truck in and had an appointment at 10:00 am. The Service Department was a beehive of activity with it being before a holiday weekend and a winter storm coming through. Yet the staff at Kimberly Car City was pleasant, efficient and took care of me as if I were the only customer in the shop that day. Kudos to Jennifer Moses and her crew! I was in and out in less than two hours and they even covered the repair under warranty. The customer service was outstanding and greatly appreciated. You have a customer here for life!”
