Goodwill Rock Island offers a good variety of newer clothing, including shorts and jean cut shorts, often at lower prices than department stores. The store is clean and has pleasant workers. However, some customers feel that prices on certain items are too high for donated goods, which has affected their willingness to donate. Additionally, the store's size and selection, particularly for coats, may leave some shoppers disappointed.
It's an ok place to shop if your on a budget. Be careful what you buy some things are junk but asking to much $.
My advice: you are buying used & donated items.

I wish their 50% off color was also go towards non clothing items. Many of those items are nice, but just overpriced. It would be nice to get those at a better price. The store has a LOT of new items. Almost too many in my opinion. It is a smaller store, and more items at lower prices would be appropriate for the area.
