“Always a great treat being in the smoke free facility and I believe there honeymoon suite is top tier while keeping it quaint with the energy driving up more promotions, gifts, good dining and golf balls out back.”

“Better than any Hilton property. Nice and clean, great location to get around the quad cities. Amazing views of the cities no matter which way your room faces. I think...Anyway plenty of parking. Comfortable rooms. Really nice bed. Everything was clean in the hotel.Pro: Room was fully functional. Nothing missing or broken. I'm so glad I didn't have to be a troublesome guest like I have to be at Hilton hotels to beg management for repairs.Cons: 3 of us in one room and we had 2 decaf coffee and one regular coffee. Why 2 decaf and one regular? Not a big deal though.Everyone was kind too.Rooms: Clean rooms.”

“I loved staying at such a clean, no frills hotel! Everything is brand new and in top condition!I would stay here in a heartbeat again! Such a great experience & if I could give extra stars for cleanliness, I would! Nothing makes me happier than a super clean place to stay!If I had stayed longer, I would have wanted pans included, but they did have them for sale in the lobby for guests to purchase. I could have used a slightly softer bed, but my husband and sons were thrilled with the beds and pillows. Thank you for a wonderful experience!Rooms: Spacious enough for what we needed. Well laid out and includes a kitchen and full bathroom!Nearby activities: We are breakfast at LINKS just down the street. It was delicious and the staff was so friendly! 10/10Noteworthy details: Seriously, the cleanest place I have ever stayed other than my own house. I always wear shoes in hotels because I hate the dirty carpets… but in MyPlace, I walked barefoot & felt totally comfortable! It is amazing!”

“My husband and I are on a 60-day road trip across the US. This was our last night in a hotel before heading back home and what a wonderful experience it was! We have stayed in many hotels in the last 2 months and over the last 4 years since we’ve retired, and this place was a GEM! It has a very high energy kind of vibe when you walk in; we arrived on a Friday night and there was lots going on. Everything looked new, modern and had an industrial feel to it. Our room (#410) was tucked back down a hall way and very private. We loved the light fixtures, concrete floors and brick walls in the hall. Our room was super cool, even had filtered water, nice dishes and silverware and beautiful linens. No idea if our travels will ever take us back to Moline but we definitely would stay at the Element again!! A cooked omelet with fresh veggies awaited us the following morning. So refreshing to have a healthy, low-carb, high protein breakfast!”

“Beautiful hotel and all nicely done! Extremely friendly staff from the front desk, and the restaurant/bar. Absolutely loved it and will book here anytime in the area.”

“My new favorite hotel in this area. I travel the Midwest extensively for work; this is easily my favorite place to stay. The rooms are large, comfortable, and well-appointed. But it's the small things that really set this place above. There are train tracks nearby, so I find ear plugs waiting for me on the bedside table. Real glass tumblers and ceramic coffee mugs in the room instead of paper cups. Bathrobe and slippers waiting in the armoire. Large bathroom and shower with heavy towels. Lots of windows. Great pillows on the bed. All-in-all a very comfortable place to spend the night.Rooms: Larger than average hotel rooms with nice sitting areas and large bathroom & shower.Walkability: For being a downtown hotel, parking is easy if you park in the free garage behind the hotel. There's a covered walkway connecting the garage to the hotel (second floor of each). If you park here, the hotel is easy to access.”

“Nice looking building from outside & lobby.? Once we got into our room, not very good! Out dated & filthy furniture!? The carpet was shredded along the seams? The bathroom faucet for hot water was broken!? The restaurant & bar attached to the hotel was excellent!? Good food & great drinks!?”

“Due to the fact that we stay in hotels more than our own home, I think my opinion matters. First of all, the staff there are amazing! Maddie, Aarti and Aman are so pleasant and helpful. Even during chaotic check ins with a lot of people at once, there is always a smile. The rooms are normal, nothing fancy, but they are clean! The restaurant/bar food is great along with my favorite bar tender, Tony! He is perfect at his job, which is a hard one. The only flaw there has been the AC. It’s an old system and tends to not be able to keep up in the summer sometimes.Food & drinks: Great food!”

“We had the best time! The rooms are clean and inviting, the staff was great! The restaurant was good and a nice little spa! We are not experienced gamblers and the staff in the casino was very helpful. Yeah it is not Las Vegas, but it is not meant to be Vegas. Was great for a quick trip!We will definitely be visiting this hidden gem in the future!”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable. All the staff members were pleasant and friendly. The location of the hotel was close to our destination and easy access to the freeway.”

“Clean and super friendly staff. The sofa bed in our room was super worn out so it had a slip cover on it. But to use the sofa bed you had to remove the cover and expose the torn up cushions. My 6 year old slept on it but I could tell it was horribly uncomfortable. Bunk room was a good fit for our family of 6 and a pack n play was provided for our baby. We ended up not using it so I can’t speak to the condition or if a sheet was provided. The pool was so chlorinated that my eyes were burning but the kids had fun in the pool until they were too cold to swim anymore haha. The staff allowed us to sit in the breakfast room to eat our door dash food with family in town.”

“Pictures are very confusing. Originally outside rooms with parking. They added an outside hallway and wall. Motel only has 3 or 4 entrances. Decent Motel though and welcoming staffSafety: Safer looking area Than some reviews suggested. There on a Friday night and still pretty quiet”

“Excellent hotel with wonderful service. And very affordable.Mr. Hiren Patel, the general manager of the hotel, was very kind and helpful; he did a wonderful work keeping the hotel in the best possible way. I was recognized as a choice hotels elite member; they gave me points and a couple of bottles of water. The room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also very clean. The heater was new and clean; it didn't make any noise! The breakfast was very complete.Location is very convenient and safe. One block from the mall, and near the freeway. There are several restaurants nearby. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and are planning to come back soon.”

“I spent one night here ..the room was fine in size, for the two of us. The bed was ok, there was a worn part of mattress in middle, where one would fall in. The twin sofabed was also passable in comfort, according to my son. The water pressure was horrible in the shower I tried three settings, and none were better. I also saw some mold on the shower curtain. There apparently was a party in the in the lobby area...so sitting down there was out. The party took up the whole lobby area.In the morning, the breakfast was average....eggs, sausage, waffle maker, etc.Would I return...not certain.”

“Great hotel. Super clean. Great staff. Nice continental breakfast. Newly renovated, very comfy bed, overall a great stay. We booked it last minute and it was the cheapest option available so I was a little nervous and skeptical. We’re very glad we found it! A great bang for your buck! Definitely will be back when we’re in the area. Very fast WiFi as well.Rooms: Very clean and comfy beds. Clean carpet and bathroom.Safety: All doors are locked 24/7.Food & drinks: Great continental breakfastNoteworthy details: Definitely will stay here again soon. All the staff were very friendly.”

“I was impressed as soon as I pulled in the parking lot and I saw the very nice patio. The lobby and dining area was spacious and clean. Then when I got to my room it was very clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels. This is by far the best motel I have stayed in. This will without doubt my go to place when I’m in the Quad City Area!!”

“ProsQuiet convenient reasonableAC unit worked welltwo refrigeratorsvery helpful and friendly desk staffreal half and half at the coffee station Ham on the buffetnice wafflesWe felt safe.Hydrangea plants outdoors were gorgeous! We did not take advantage of it but it appeared that there was a park nearby.ConsThe room that we booked smelled smoky, despite it being a non-smoking inn. The good news is that the front desk staff did not question, and quickly and efficiently found a second room which smelled fresh and clean. The surroundings could use some scrubbing and updating. Carpet and halls were stained, and there were areas of unraveling your thresholds. Chairs were worn in the breakfast area. The coffee machine was not so tasty. Healthy options are limited. Eggs tasted sort of different, like maybe from powder? Healthy options limited, they did have yogurt, some fruitRooms: CleanThe security lock was brokenSafety: Felt safe in parking lot at night”

“In that time it was a great stay. Everything ran smoothly. The room was more than adequate and spacious for 5 people. It is very close to interstate easy to get in and out. Just a friendly and allowed us to have a late check-out.”

“We reserved a beautiful King Suite. The halls were really hot in 1 spot then freezing cold in the next.We were all set it the room & getting ready to use the whirlpool in the room so wanted the TV on; remote didn't work, no batteries so frondesk decided to bring 2 others to try but they didn't work, their bright idea is to move us to a small cramped suite. How about putting batteries in the remote? The restaurant was amazing, great bartender & waitstaff. Food was great as well as the drinks.Morning breakfast was just ok. The waffle timer wasn't working. The eggs were dry. The sausage was bland. OJ had to much pulp.Rooms: The king suites are not all alike, 1 would be a beautiful big room that you could relax & watch TV from the sofa then the next is so small that you run into the dresser when you get out of bed to use the bathroom. There was no way to watch TV from the sofa in the small room.Food & drinks: Great food at the restaurant. The bartender knows what he is doing. The waitstaff is friendly as well as knowledgeable about the food.Breakfast could use some help, I know it was included in the room price but.....”

“The person at the front desk Mansi was so kind and helpful. She has a beautiful welcoming smile. She asked how my day was going every time I walked by the front desk, and greeted us with kindness for breakfast. ”
