“One of the only laundrymats still open 24/7 after COVID hit. One down side is there isn't anyone available if you need immediate assistance. One night I just got done throwing laundry into the washer when my daughter dropped her sippy cup so her chocolate milk spilt out all over. I tried cleaning it up but there were no paper towels in the bathroom or next to the sink by the change machines.”
“My winter coat needed cleaning & anew red zipper replaced & a seam re-sewn. My coat looked brand new but it's not. I was impressed with the seamstress that she was able to find a red zipper for the length that was needed & the red color to match my coat. Excellent job ? done. Desk service was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions about laundromat, this was my first time at the Eastern Ave location .It was mildly busy at the time of day, and clean. I will definitely be returning with my business.”

“So far 5 stars, very polite and fast. I did get freaked out taking my suits to car and the sun was playing tricks on me through the plastic. Looked like my Lapels were a different dye color thsn rest of suit??. It was just my dumb eyes and dumb sun. Burke is great i recommend, if they damage your stuff they will pay for it. Talking to a salesman at Von Maur on where to get drying cleaning he said they ruined his $15k Bespoke suit, but they paid for it and bought him a new one so id say they stand behind their guarantee.”
“Clean laundromat, I like that they have key entry for the bathroom because it cuts down on who's coming and going. Typically they're busy and have polite customers, never had any issues here so far. The employees are nice and pretty friendly. Has a nice location being centered off in the Iowa side of the quad cities.”

“My washer isn't big enough for my blankets so it's nice to have a laundry mat that has large washers and dryers.The place is always clean don't see half the washers and dryers out of order like alot of other laundry mats I've been too.Dryers work excellent no going home with damp clothes”

“I've been coming to this laundry mat for Year's very clean place!!!!! The new owners are wonderful smiley+aswell they clean after every use of there washers an dryers that's a plus very friendly polite and take every need into their customers !! Highly recommend!!”

“For decades, as needed, I have used this laundromat. It is always clean and reasonably priced. The front and rear entrances have doors which easily open in both directions. There is detergent, etc. for sale and they have 3 change machines so you'll never have to worry about quarters being unavailable.”

“Chanie and Vennessa are AMAZING in the office. I stopped in daily to visit with them before I moved out a few weeks ago. Vennessa is so funny to chat with and so kindhearted. Before Chanie was here, this place was trash. It would be nothing without her, she has truly cleaned this place up and made it a nice place to live. She genuinely cares about the residents and the appearance of the park. She was the first person to ever listen to my needs and actually address them. She is kind and caring and an amazing manager and person!”

“Reasonable price, and somewhat clean space.The bathrooms were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE last time I went. I just had to use the bathroom and found myself holding my nose the whole time.Though it is a laundromat, and on that front, they're doing just fine.”

“I used to go to this laundromat back in 2005 and I enjoyed it except back then people would smoke in there. Now in 2024 my washing machine is broken so I came back. It's nice. Get my stuff done quickly. Only complaint is that it's hot and stuffy inside and the bathroom could use a soap dispenser.”
