“Excellent service! I had a trio of strapping young lads that didn't waste any time getting the job done. They had good communication skills and all the tools needed for the job. They took care of my belongings, and they didn't damage walls or entryways.
The estimate didn't take long either. The representative had a good indication of how things would pan out. The final price tag was less than the estimate, so you can't go wrong with that. The guy at the office was polite and patient, which is great considering the stress of moving.
I highly recommend these folks. They did a great job! Thanks again, guys!”
“I stopped by the Davenport unit one day last week and there is no one in the office at the time.. I had cleared out one of my units and want to cancel the rental on that unit, Stopped by this morning (Tuesday, September 2nd) and met with Gary (manager) and got everything taken care of without any problems. Did not realize Gary was in the storage area cleaning and securing other units when I stopped and I was missing him on my visit. Just wanted to say since Lockbox has taken over operation of the business things are much cleaner and Gary has been very helpful in every encounter I have had. I have had three (3) units there for over four (4) years now and this is the best it has been under the new ownership and Gary's management! Highly recommend Lockbox to anyone looking for a climate controlled storage facility! Thanks again for all that you do for me and my family knowing our possession are safe and secure.”

“We keep our boat there in the summer, it’s very accessible easy to get in and out. Our boat is 21 feet so a 27 foot trailer. The cost is very low in comparison to most so we are extremely satisfied.”
“We had a great experience. The truck was ready on time, it was clean, and ran well. Everything worked as needed. The staff answered my questions, and I was on my way fast!
I ordered everything I needed online, and everything was ready to go.
My only difficulty was I did not know about the scan and go feature. Not sure how I missed it. So my check in and out took a little bit longer than it might have with that, but it was still very acceptable even in-person.”
“We rented from A& self storage for about 3 years. It was clean when we moved into it. The owners are fair and honest. And they also get back to you in a timely manner. For all your storage needs I would highly recommend them.”
“I was very pleased after my call was returned promptly & especially so being on the 4th of July! I was instructed to go to the website for Milan. 10 min later I had a storage unit! I highly recommend them!”

“There is a pallet left over above? Not liking that at all. We will have to take down before we move in. It is not stable and seems dangerous. If it fell we would get damage for sure. Stephanie was absolutely perfect to talk to tho. She was kind, helpful and told us we could use it if we wanted. LoL...”
“These guys did amazing. They worked well together. Very professional. They saved me a lot of work and I will recommend them completely! Thanks for the help today to Adam and Brandon!”

“Dear Brandy S. Our facility has NEVER flooded and we are not in the flood zone. Your security deposit and unused rent were mailed back to you within 6 days but then returned to us because you didn't give us your new mailing address. Our facility manager is always friendly and very helpful to our tenants! I'm sorry you didn't understand fully our policy.”

“I recently rented a storage unit at Bettendorf Self Storage & RV. I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the property is. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I also like that the facility has 24-hour video surveillance, which gives me peace of mind that my belongings are safe. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at Bettendorf Self Storage & RV.”

“The owner does a great job on keeping his facility clean of snow and debris, also very laid back and makes you have that (at home) feeling about entry and exiting. I feel very secure with my belongings being stored at this facility with a well gated password entry.”

“I've had multiple storage units with these guys for many years now and they are great people to deal with and the place is secure, nothing has ever been bothered and they have been excellent the times I've forgot to drop off a check. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing storage short or long term!”
“I’ve always used the Moline location but they’re so popular that I can’t find the size I want so I’m just going onilne get one at the Rock Island location, but I really have always liked my service with them, and my things have always been very safe and protected. Easy to get in and out!”

“While I was storing my rv here it was fine, but I sold it, me and the new owner contacted them to switch over the information, they charged his card, and we thought it was done. Then they charged mine the month after and even after the new owner tried to make it right they wouldn't refund me the money unless we both came in person? It was really annoying but luckily the owner just gave me my money back in cash form. My rv was safe there though, and they do have good ratesEdit: The general manager contacted me and not only resolved my issue but did so quickly and without much needed from me. Extra star added for his incredibly kind customer service and efficiency, and I stand by my previous statement of affordable rates and safe keeping ?”

“We had our house hold goods delivered by Dalton,Sarah and Markus. They did an amazing job! Our packages came with some issues and they took safety steps and made sure we’re all comfortable and safe with the delivery. They asked questions, worked quickly and efficient. And made sure everything was set before they left. Highly recommend!!”
“Connected with Bills Moving and Storage for my Non Temporary Storage (NTS) for my military move. The company was very easy to work with and the process was seamless. I was able to do my pre move survey via photos and got a confirmation of my arrival window. On move day, the team arrived promptly and we went over the scope of work. I also like they arrived in two vehicles: one for materials and equipment and the other for my items. The crew packed everything nicely and took great care of my items. I also like that they used an inventory device that was computer generated in lieu of hand written too. My crew was Matt, Eithan, and Blade and three gentlemen got everything done quickly and cleaned up fully following. They exceeded my expectations and I’m fortunate to have connected with them.”

“This experience was too easy that it kinda made me feel like I was missing something. Had I not been so skeptical about the feasibility of the rental, I literally just had to walk to the pad lock grab the keys and go. The staff was so understanding of me and got me on my way.”
