From the first moment I had texted or contacted their business, Josh in sales/customer service answered back very promptly. Superb communications. The whole process was efficient to say the least. Not only that, I told him I had wanted the item and that he’d set it aside. I’d be driving 3 hrs. from out of state to come pick it up. And, without any credit card required. Upon arriving I met him and the owner, Joel Reno. We had some great conversation. I bought it and was on my way. In short, I’d come back to do business with them again. No doubts. It’s what customer service should be today!”

Tools were locked up but there was an employee nearby who was able to create a list on his scanner and got me everything I was in need of from the back.”

“Been using SD for 2 seasons. From custom uniforms, balls, gloves, bats, catchers gear, apparel and more. Kevin and the staff have always been extreamly friendly and go above and beyond to help get whatever it is we need for our team. Even so much as adding a logo to a pullover or getting a new decal for a helmet last minute. They are always willing to help. Our only issue is sometimes things are a much longer wait than expected. But in the end Kevin follows up and executes.”
