I sas just in to withdraw some money and the lady was not nice at all. I don't know her name but she had purple hair, Hispanic. I understand i was there 10 minutes before closing but you do close at 5pm. She was rude and not professional at all.

I was waiting in lobby over 15 minutes no one help. I as manager she told everyone one is busy. No one has customer. Really bad customer service. This place is not good for customer service.
