“Just used the atm but it was a smooth process. Touch screen and options for the bills you want disbursed is an awesome feature. And if you have to pay an atm fee it is very minimal. Everything was well lit as I went late at night. If you were to need an ink pen they were readly stocked. Thanks for an easy access and transaction. I normally take photos however it was late so I by-passed the photos this time.”

“I've seen a lot of negative reviews on this branch and I'm sure each and everyone is accurate because people really don't have the need to write negative stuff without good reason but I guess it always depends on what kind of individual is helping you in the bank. I went to this branch last week and a banker by the name of Marcie Rud helped me set up an account, I have literally never had such a great bank experience in my life. She was extremely polite, kind, patient, gentle and respectful. She helped me set everything up and I just had such a wonderful experience. She only came to this branch temporarily though, she works at the moline branch regularly so I would highly advise calling and checking if it's possible to get an appointment with her. Tipping bankers should be a thing, I had no way whatsoever to show my gratitude to her but she was great help.”

It's right around the corner from where I live so I made an account and set it up so I can transfer money from my credit union to the bank and then I dont have to go no where too far to make a withdrawal in case of an emergency etc.
The people are nice and now I can cash $100.00 bills for certain acquaintances that forget to get enough change and think big bills make them look smart 🤔 😆”
