“I just would like to say that I was shopping at the Crest Hill Store first time I was in there. I went to play the slots. As my money got stuck in the machine I was getting very frustrated and a very nice girl came up to me and as she was also very busy. Her name was Charlene she was the assistant manager that's what her name tag said. She called in slot machine people to get my money out as she also helped me and offered to set up my gas and wash rewards card. She actually took the time out to help me and make sure my rewards was signed up I just want to say that you always see negative comments she definitely is a keeper and I was at the one in Crest Hill on Weber road. I will definitely be back for customer service like that you don't find that anymore thank you”
“All the people that work at the store are super friendly and very helpful in finding things I need I have been going to the store for over 32 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else they have a variety of different types of food and drink non-alcoholic they also have different types of knick knacks stuffed animals they have a variety of different types of everything they do not carry meat like a butcher but there is sandwich meat and stuff like that”

Space is a bit tight though.
Inside, the station was clean.
Don't really like that the gambling section takes up so much space which limits what they carry.”

“I've been going to Sunshine mart since I was a teen. I came back to Elwood after 10 years and Matt still remembered my name!?? ? (Nikki) Sam is the best.? A happy friendly guy who always makes me laugh. He'll bend over backwards to help you get what you need. Also, the store mascot Cooper...You can't deny he's a 10/10. ?? This place has been a lot of businesses over the years but Sunshine Mart has been the best. ?”

“Love this station. Great addition to the area. One issue though, the icee machines have been clean and working up until a few weeks ago. Come on guys! Coke is regularly down and others have been problematic. Sometimes the icees are the only reason we stop in! Let’s get things working and maybe add another Coke option. It seems popular.
Otherwise, the station is rocking. Great food options and competitive gas pricing.”
“Tony's is the first store I actually enjoy shopping at. Some of their items are a little pricier than other stores, but their quality and selection is much better than other stores. They also have flash sales and they give you credit toward your next purchase based on how much you spent.”
“This place is the best! So fast. The pharmacist actually went out of her way to grab me some dye free ibuprofen!! I knew it existed. If, Nikki, or any of her staff see that you are in physical pain? She will personally take your wait time from 20 minutes to 10 minutes because that is the quality of care she and her staff gives. Nikki is outstanding. She is on top of her game, always. I have never had to wait 2 hours for a script. If I need a refill? You best believe that Nikki will personally see to it that it is followed through on quickly, precisely, as needed & as expected from a Pharmacy. Nikki is an asset to the Industry. My grandfather, of whom is a retired pharmacist, would say “This is the place to go.” Ashley, Deanna, Kirsten & Kari are the most pristine Pharmacy Techs that there are! They are always so kind and it is never too much trouble for them to go out of her way for me to grab some Ibuprofen through the drive through. They also goes above and beyond and deserve a promotion! But, Ashley? She is my soulmate! She knows what I want before I want it and goes out of her way to do it for me. Ashley is the absolute best of them. She truly deserves a promotion!!!!”

“I went through the car wash, right off the bat I was disappointed. Then on top of the car wash being awful, the garage door wouldn't open. My boyfriend had to get out and hold the door up while I drove through. I went in an told the manager, Demetrie, what had happened. He could not have been any more apologetic! He gave me my refund and then more free stuff to make up for it. He handled that customer service situation the way that it should always be handled. Though the beginning of the experience was awful, it wound up working out very well. Top notch customer service.”
“Good service, but sometimes prices are a bit higher than other pharmacies. I really appreciate the pharmacist at this particular location because she will tell me where I may get a better price if she feels the price is too high on a particular medication. Kudos.”

“Every Gas and Wash I’ve been to is always fantastic. I will say they need to move the bucket of soapy water and brush. It’s too close so if somebody uses it no one can go through the membership isle. But other than that. It’s fantastic!”
