“We had an excellent experience with Guler’s Appliance & Mattress replacing our kitchen appliances. Their pricing was fair and very competitive—better than the big box stores—and the service was far superior. My office has also purchased from them, and they even serviced a technically out-of-warranty refrigerator simply to make it right, which says a lot about how they do business. Being able to see and compare everything in their large showroom was a huge plus. Highly recommend.”

“This place is top-notch. Eric, Angel, and the salesperson treated me as if I were family instead of just a number. My family has been customers for over 25 years. ❤️”

“I needed a new thermostat for my over the range microwave. I went in with my part number and they ordered it and 5 days later I picked it up and had it installed in to microwave. I would recommend Automatic Appliance Parts to anyone repairing appliances.”

“I don’t know why you guys are all talking trash. I got a three month warranty on a washer, dryer and dishwasher and they all still work. That was like five years ago.
Don’t buy the shiny stainless steel one. The manufacturer only gives us six month limited warranty. People need to stop shopping based off of looks and start shopping based off performance. Maybe you wouldn’t have problems then.”

“Idk what's up with all these 1 star reviews. I walked in made myself known. Showed the guy what part I needed. He got it, I paid for it and left. Simple easy transaction. I think some people go in unprepared with a bad attitude. Then get what what they give and can't handle it.”

“I prefer it to Lowe's primarily because it's cheaper and less aggressive about signing up for a credit card.
It's a box store all the same.”

“Best Buy is a solid choice for electronics and appliances, offering a wide range of products from TVs and laptops to kitchen appliances and smart home gadgets. Their selection is diverse, and you’ll likely find what you’re looking for, whether it’s the latest tech or household essentials.

However, there are a few areas where Best Buy could improve. First, the stock availability can sometimes be an issue. It’s not uncommon to visit a location and find that the item you’re interested in is out of stock, despite seeing it listed online or on display. It’s a bit frustrating when you’ve made the trip only to discover the product isn’t available.

Additionally, the information accuracy can be hit or miss. Sometimes the details on product specs or features aren’t fully clear, and when you ask staff for more information, it’s not always reliable. A more consistent and thorough approach to training staff could help avoid confusion, especially for high-tech items where accurate details are key to making an informed purchase.

Lastly, I’ve found that the understanding and friendliness of the staff can vary. While some employees are extremely helpful and know their stuff, others don’t seem as engaged or knowledgeable. A more consistent level of customer service would go a long way in improving the overall shopping experience.

That being said, I still shop at Best Buy for the variety and convenience. Their online ordering and curbside pickup options are a huge plus, and the overall store layout makes it easy to browse. If you’re in the market for electronics and need a hands-on experience, Best Buy is worth checking out, but be prepared for a mixed experience in some areas.

If you’ve had similar experiences or think Best Buy could improve in these areas, leave a thumbs-up ? or comment below. And hey, Best Buy, if you’re listening, let’s talk about ways to make the shopping experience even better!”
