I love this store and usually have no problems. But I went in there today and there was a girl with purple hair who followed me and my boyfriend the entire time we shopped. Not sure if she wanted to say hi or what was happening but I don’t appreciate being treated like a thief when I’m just trying to browse. Every one else seemed fine so not sure what was going on.

Adam and Matt are very friendly, attentive and helpful everytime we come into the store. I don't know much about anime, my niece loves bakago??. Adam and Matt knows everything about it, so I don't mess it up. Big Thanks as always.

I’ve been shopping here a few years now and I love this store. It’s a must stop shop for me every time I enter the mall. Staff is always warm and friendly and products are high quality and the selection is always changing. I always find something new and fun each time I visit. If you are a Disney or Anime fan I would highly recommend.

Every time I go here they harass me into trying to sign up for their loyalty rewards. The reality is I have one, i'm trans and it's just from my old legal name and they'll deadname me if I use the account so I just don't use it.
Saw a super cute jacket I wanted so I wanted to get a new account set up, since I knew I could save about 30% off of a $90 jacket. I was going through the process and explained all this to the cashier but they wouldn't stop asking about my other account, insisting that they could just search up my dead name no problem, even after I explained that's the whole reason I didn't want to use it. I had to basically tell him point blank that if he kept asking, I'd leave. He did, and I left.
Between how people here literally can't leave you to browse without asking 30+ questions, try to badger you into the loyalty program even as you say no 3-4 times, and still don't even have the most basic respect of letting someone just allowing their old account to go dormant, I don't think I'll be shopping here again. It used to be a fun little place to walk through with my sister, but the atmosphere is so awful.

I really loved shopping here, but while shopping today, we walked into one of the employees (I think he was a manager) accusing a customer of stealing, the girl looked like she was definitely no older than 16 and I think the employee was trying to scare her, it was very uncomfortable to witness, he also slammed something down on the counter and made a huge deal out of it. Stealing is bad but the way he handled it was worse. To my understanding it is against a lot of stores policies to accuse people/customers of stealing but I guess not here.

As other mentioned, they won’t take any returns if you’re giving a coupon. I had to drive 2 hours to get the coupon I had forgotten because of the manager refusing to take my return.

They wouldn't answer me online, and the stores auto answering machine was on for an hour after they opened, so I drove 2 hours for an item they advertise but haven't even ever had in stock

As other people mentioned, workers make up their return policies. Corporate really needs to take care of this situation. Won’t be back until corporate takes actions on these problems.
