The store is warm and friendly. Staff are very helpful, attentive and guided you to the correct size and competitive price for shirts. The selection is high quality, always changing and includes Disney and anime items, so each visit has something new and fun. Staff are always warm and friendly, and the store is a must stop shop when you enter the mall. A girl with purple hair followed you, but you find the staff warm and the products high quality.

The customer service at my local BoxLunch in the Cherryvale Mall is always exceptional. Adam and Matt are very friendly, attentive and helpful everytime we come into the store. I don't know much about anime, my niece loves bakago??. Adam and Matt knows everything about it, so I don't mess it up. Big Thanks as always.
