Rockford store great location but short on inventory and sales people. Reminds me of Home Depot when back in the day they went to part timers to reduce costs. Couldn't find competent help to answer questions. Golf galaxy is understaffed in both inventory and knowledgeable employees. Too much department sharing.

Be forewarned. If you order $114 shoes online that don’t fit, the store will not accept them for return unless you only try them on inside. Probably walked 50 feet in themoutside. We all know these shoes cost about $14 to make. Lousy policy. Shifting on me to call Hoka. I have worn size 12 all my life and these simply hurt when I walk. Thanks K. (store associate), you had discretion but didn’t want to exercise it. You did not see this as a manufacturing defect but it’s quite possible it is. Hint: not all manufacturing defects are visible. I will be paying HOKA $20 to evaluate myself because one shouldn’t have to pay for shoes that don’t fit right.Dick’s Store: please do not respond—unless I am getting a return or replacement, I amnot satisfied with your level of customer service and your quick-to-deny policy.Was online told it would be easy return, just bring in the email. Just don’t do online orders would be my advice. Deleting my Dick’s account, your policy sucks.

Shopped there for brooks running shoes, the sales associate Nicholas was very helpful as well as knowledgable about the differences in the feel as well as performance of all the shoes. Thanks Nicholas!

The store is clean, well organized and has excellent customer service. My friend and I were looking for some shoes that had great arch support and comfortable. The employee Arexis assisted us. He was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and patient. I honestly was going to wait another day to purchase expensive gym shoes ($200), but he was so easy to deal with and helped me make a great decision on a pair.Can’t say enough good things about him.

We went in to get my son a pair of basketball shoes. I have never bought them before. The associate was really helpful. He measured my son's foot. We were able to start with the size he measured at and up to a size that felt right.

Bought a 2nd kayak from this store yesterday, great value and another great experience! Mike was such a big help and very knowledgeable. He helped us find everything we needed, was very patient and courteous. It was a real pleasure to be able to buy it from a store and support our local economy!

I purchased a kayak recently. 2 nice gentlemen helped carry it up and load it into my truck. When I got home I realized that my bilge plug and scupper plugs were not in the yak. I called and they indicated they would put them in the mail the next day. 3 days later I received a package from Anazon that had my plugs. Way to fix the problem! Good job!

I Went in on 5-25-23 around 530pm or so. I Went into new fishing line. Because I'm getting ready for a fishing vacation trip. I Go in and i was greeted by 2 people. One rep said they offered what i needed. And i went to go pick out line AND BAIT. I Saw one tall gentleman help other people and i was told to wait. He never came by to assist me. So i asked or tried to ask another lady for help and she told me she was busy with a elderly couple and would come see me after. SHE never came either. I Found her stocking the store when walking out. I'm not sure if they both forgot, if they both got busy. i understand. But the fact i could not even get help or check on after an hour looking in the fishing area, was really sad. I Really needed help with few concerns and questions. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Not going back!

Went in on Saturday to buy both my son's complete gear setup for spring soccer, and after spending an hour in the shoe department getting told 3times even though the inventory said they had a size 8 in 3 different shoes we were given a pair that wasn't even released yet so in line we got to go back and do all this again to find the right size. . I'm not a complainer but that department needs to fire someone, or hire someone to show them how easy keeping an organized inventory room is..It isn't like I'm the only disappointed customer today

Good customer service ever since they moved locations. Rarely have to wait long. Clean and new inside. Really low stock and prices are higher.

I called the store to see if I was able to return a pair of shoes that I ordered and she said yes and that all I needed was the tracking order and that the tracking order was on the shipping box when i went to return my shoes she said that she couldn’t return them cause the shipping number wasn’t on the box so who lying

Bought some Hokas for walking on concrete 8 hours a day! Hope they work to keep my feet comfy!
