Robbing. Came to change the front and rear brake pads. they told me they cannot change brakes alone they have to change rotors too, i had them change both. After a month I get alarm on car about brakes and i went to their shop, they told me they didnot changed the brakes and wants me to change the rear rotors and front brakes again
Charged me $600 for just front rotors and now want to charge $700 again for brakes and rotors. When I told them about this charge in invoice they said it was a mistake blah blah.
Such a stupid staff and They think we are stupid.

Over 3 hours to rotate my tires and they broke a wheel lug on my car. They told me I would have to pay for balancing and the wheel lug. Did not get tires balanced. Did not pay for repair because some one ranked above the manager was their to cash me out at the end and when I started to complain he just gave me my keys and said have a good day so I left. Do not plan on buy tires at this location again.

This place has gone to crap ! Good thing my husband does not work for them anymore! Went there on this snowy day to just get air in my tire and they wanted me to come inside and register ?! For AIR IN THE TIRE ! I wasn’t buying a tire I just needed AIR ! Don’t go there if you need your car serviced they over charge you and are not ethical with their work !

Is a very bad service
I went to them and told them that I wanted to check the car's engine because I was hearing an annoying sound
When I went to them after three hours of waiting, they told me that there was a sound in the engine and they did not know what the reason was and that I had to go to a specialized place.
I told them in the beginning that there was a sound and I wanted to know the reason
They took money from me without telling me what the reason for the sound was
I don't know why they told me that they were fully aware of how to inspect the car, and then they told me that they did not know.
If they don't know why they took the money?

Took my car in to get some basic work done. I get it back after a day and it doesn't even drive 5 minutes down Alpine. They didn't tell me about any issue that could potentially make the car undriveable. As soon as I brought it back it only took them it only took a couple minutes for them to tell me my transmission has an issue and conveniently they have a referral ready. Somehow my transmission gets totally screwed after being perfectly fine when they were only supposed to do an oil change and some diagnostic testing. Their only explanation is "old vehicle". Sketchy stuff.

Drop off our car at 9:45 for a 10 am appointment. Said they would call in about an half hour. 2 hour later we called them, they hadn't looked at it yet. Called again about 1:30, still hadn't looked at it. At 2:30 they told me they take waiting customers first. (I wished they told me this at 9:45.) We went to pick the key since they hadn't bothered to look at the car. I had to DEMAND my key back.
I will not go back to Firestone EVER again.
I would have given this no stars, I had to give it one to post!!!!

Poor customer service. Two and a half hours to put on 4 tires!. They do not even bring your car to the door when finished they park it way down parking lot for their convenience. And if you like cartoons they have it on the TV! We tried Firestone again thinking the sevice was better than the past and we were wrong. Not going back!!!!

They discovered the reason for the noise I was hearing. It was something simple that they fixed for me with very minimal cost. It was nice to go to an auto repair shop that is honest. The gentleman helping me was also very nice and professional.

Was charged for an inspection on the car. Had the car for 2 days. When I picked it up was never advised of all the issues found during the inspection. Most of all 4 nails were in the rear tires. Along with issues with the brakes and other issues. The manager was no help in the issue. Was told it was on the paperwork and I should have read it before leaving. Had an alignment done on the car and was told it was good for 1 year. Took the car to another local mechanic who repaired the additional issues. Today was told because the work was not completed at their shop the.1 year alignment was voided. Will never use them again! There are plenty of other reputable shops in Rockford

All aspects of customer care were handled excellently by the manager, Ben Hernandez , and assistant, John. Initially a new tire replaced one which had a large nail in it. Good advice was given on replacement of that one and the other tires on the car. The best solution, and option, was accepted by us. Everything was done in an effective and expedient manner. We are very pleased with the service offered by this place.
