Customer service is everything to me which is why I wanted to acknowledge the manager, Jade! She mentioned she is new at this location so hopefully those previous 1 star reviews are a thing of the past! I would have given 5 stars, but the rest of the staff needs to take Jade's lead. Purchased Jordan Tatum 1 shoes for son. They cracked in 2 different places the first month of wearing. Foot Locker would not return as defective or help in any way to make this right. Do not recommend this particular shoe or store.

I wish their prices were a little bit lower but they always have the best shoes so I can't complaining now. The customer service is always great and everyone knows what they're talking about.
