Famous Footwear sure hired a great representative of their company when they hired Nick....he is exactly who I would want to hire if I had my own company. I had been avoiding Famous Footwear for many years due to an abrasive woman who never smiled. She wasn't friendly or warm/welcoming. It was uncomfortable for me to shop there, especially if I had a question that would require us to interact.

“Happened to be driving through the parking lot and saw through the window that they had sneakers so I thought I would stop and take a look. I was pleasantly surprised that the store was spacious, very clean and well organized with plenty of space between displays. Much better than most of the mall stores. I’m a 65 yo male so I know the type of clothing there was not necessarily marketed to me but I still had fun looking at all the trendy and interesting merchandise. I did end up purchasing some athletic shoes that were very reasonably priced and not too over the top for an old man like me! I would highly recommend checking it out.”

“This morning I visited another retailer prior to going to Finish Line. They didn't greet me, and the whole time I was looking at the selection, no employee was visible. I decided to take a drive out to Finish Line, and I'm super glad I did. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by Max and welcomed. He proceeded to help me with several sets of shoes, and we had a nice conversation. He was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. “WOW! This store and the people that work there are fantastic! My wife loves the walking/running socks and bought me a pair and they are super comfortable for my 7+ mile walks I do daily! Added bonus, we come from Chicago area so it's a drive to go there so I had to use the restroom, and let me tell you, cleanest best restroom I've ever seen and even the TP was soft, not like that sandpaper stuff when you stop at a gas station! It's those small things that bring us back to this particular store. Thank You for making our lives better!”
