Seems like the selection of Clothing is not what I'm used to from Macy's, Also a tad pushy on getting you to sign up...Some staff members were really helpful, The Store Manager was even out there helping in certain departments... That's something you really don't see nowadays days

Returns are not easy or convenient for the customer. I ordered some jeans online for my son. They didn't fit so I went to the store to actually just exchange for a size up(the closest store is 40 min away) and because my 12 year old took the tags off they wouldn't do any kind of exchange. We had the tags but they weren't attached. We had to get a form online to print a label at UPS to ship back to them. The people in your actual store were so rude! We had to drive 4 trips just to do all that!

This Macy's is okay. I never buy anything here. But, I go in just to see if there is anything I may like. No such luck.

Very under staffed I had a long wait at the MAC cosmetics counter. It actually was uncomfortable not only with a bad knee. Other patrons couldn't believe I was still waiting in the same spot, after the had finished shopping. Literally, two separate shoppers asked me "why haven't they help you yet"?

If I could give zero stars I would. Macys has about 10 people “working” the perfume counter, but I counted 2 actually helping customers and the rest chatting while I waited for 20 minutes. I called the store to get their attention to find out I have to go online.

Ladies at the fragrance section are so desperate to sell. Went in with my mom to shop a few gift sets. We knew what we wanted but wanted to explore new men’s products as well. This lady rudely says “just smell the samples and whenever you’re ready to actually shop come find me” like … isn’t it your job to help us? Whatever. We got to a new associate and that lady comes back saying “No! Don’t help my clients! I’m taking the sale.”… well now you aren’t because we didn’t bother to get anything. These older women need to get it together. I don’t like being rushed when shopping, let alone care who takes the sale.

They sell children's toys from toys r us that barely last a week then refuse to refund or replace the item when it suddenly stops working a week after purchase.

Sales person was very helpful and accommodating. Inventory seemed to be needed and the environment needs a good cleaning.
