Since it is hard to physically get into the branch, the staff took time and care to walk through all forms and items needed to set up auto‑pay, including how to use the app. The representative provided the best customer service encountered in a while; don’t find that often anymore. It is a great place where the staff is always friendly and helpful and they enjoy seeing. The staff answered all questions, helped open an account, and looking forward to banking at Members Alliance Credit Union. Very nice credit union, recommended.

They're a good place to start for kids and young teens for savings and checking the rates are low and they take the extra mile to help you very professional and courteous
