They are horrible. I had a stop payment on a check . They allowed it to go thru. No help in getting my $46,0000 dollars back. Avoid this bank. I have called over n over. Getting no where. I'm so unhappy.

Midland States personnel actually KNOW you. I find the personal experience of using this bank tops all others. They have all the financial tools you need, and keep fees reasonable. So many others act like huge conglomerates that could care less about you.

Worst.bank.ever since the change to Midland. 27 year customer and they slap ya in the jaw for a few hundred $.
