NAPA Auto Parts is noted for its super competent and very knowledgeable people at the counter. Staff are extremely helpful, patient, and understanding, often going above and beyond to find the right parts. Their experience in the auto parts industry sets them apart, helping customers find parts beyond their make and model and locating items at other local shops when needed. The store also offers easy online ordering for pick-up with great communication and prices on par with other places. However, a note mentions their battery reader may need fixing. The business is highly recommended as a go-to auto parts store.
They worked with me to find a solution when no other auto parts companies would.

What a Great experience! Greeted with a smile. Good selection of the items I most need to keep my 20 plus year old vehicles in good stead. Reasonable prices. A bit of the beaten track BUT well worth it!
