They were able to get our dog in for a wash and cut on short notice and did a wonderful job.

They do care about their animals and they do what they can while following corporate policies which I don't agree with corporate but you can't blame the employees for their rules.

Needed help with the fish and I had to go searching for somebody because there’s not enough employees. Everything was clean and in order there’s just not enough employees.

Didn't have the special canned dog food my dog requires. They usually have it on the shelf.

Waited 20 mins for someone to come back after asking them for help with an animal went back to the front asked them again told them I had somewhere to be and waited another 15 min for a worker to come back and help another customer instead, terrible customer service from that shift 100%.

Please don’t trust bringing your dog here. My dog lost his nail costing me a massive vet bill following only half a groom due to lack of experience/incompetence. Please save yourself money and your dog trauma and run away from here
