Schnucks 11th Street is a very nice, clean, and bright store where customers can find everything. The staff is generally described as friendly, and there is a security guard at the entrance. The store is usually kept clean with plenty of cashiers on duty and self-checkout available. Many find the Schnucks App to be very user-friendly. However, some customers do not feel safe at this particular location. Prices are noted as being higher than other stores in town. Issues are frequently reported at the checkout area, including rude staff, slow and inconsistent baggers who sometimes damage items, and a limit of 10 items for self-checkout. There have been instances of selling moldy cheese and bad chicken, though a helpful employee assists with problems and provides a welcoming experience. This employee and the point system are reasons some customers return.
THE COST IS A BIT PRICEY AND THE DEALS CAN BE BETTER FOR CUSTOMER VARIETIES ESPECIALLY MEAT PACKS...POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEES.

Sometimes things are a little expensive but they have value packs of meat 4 for $20 that are exceptional and the help is very kind and courteous sometimes a little on the edge but helpful!
