“Corey at Good Year rotated my tires on my Tesla. Glad to see he was familiar/trained with Tesla procedures.Also had a slow leak on one of the tires. Corey found the issue (metal screw). Corey plugged the tire.This second time guys at Good Year successfully plugged a tire for me (first, wife’s car). ?”

“This place is a zoo all the time. It's really one of the busiest places in Rockford. The staff hustles, but there are still lines and sometimes long wait times. But the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and takes the time to provide the assistance you need. The do need more indoor seating though”

“I had my muffler fall off as I was driving. I am a disabled vet I only have one leg I pulled into the tires plus in Cherry Valley IL and Mike and Steve all though they were very busy, pulled my van in and fixed it for me right away.
