“Took my vehicle in for four new tires after blowing a tire on the interstate on Sunday. Although we had a hiccup with the website (my tires didn't get ordered in time for the original appointment) but Andy worked some magic and was able to get them in the shop for the next day. Due to the inconvenience they also knocked off some of the price and I was very thankful for it. “I came in for full tire replacements all the way around. Had a 9am appointment, this was arguably the most windy day the entire winter season so far. I had the intention of waiting for my vehicle while I walked and got coffee. Thinking it'd be an hour or more for the process. My car was pulled into the bay and the entire process with my car backed out to the door with my keys in my hand was 16 minutes and 45 seconds. This is the fastest complete 4-tire change on a consumer vehicle outside of watching Nascar on network TV. You could get this done on a lunch break and still have time to get lunch and go back to work. So far the ride quality has been great, the tires are quiet, and did great driving in the blizzard that came 2 days after I had them installed. Speed, accuracy of work, and quality of service.I'd give 5 stars here.”
“Tredrock tire has been our only tire store for over 20 years. Very fast, honest, good prices and great service. I just send my drivers over and have Tony look at the tires and see what we need. I fully trust him to not sale me something i dont need yet. Even a few times when a tire has failed they stand behind what they sell. My company Xtreme Xpress Transportation dont want to but tires anywhere else but here.”
“Pomps tire service is absolutely the best. Prompt response. Always very helpful. Had a tractor down in hay field with a flat. Called and was able to come out in just a couple of hours to get us up and running again. There employees are the best. The gentleman who came out to repair the tire is fantastic. We have used them before and always do a great job.
