“Outstanding service today at the Rockford location. I drive for NIFB and currently we are using a few rentals for a Summer program. I had an item to pickup from the Rockford location and while I was there I asked if I could have a couple issues looked at on the rental that I had today. I said if it could be handled right a way it would be most appreciated but if not, it could wait. Wow! Jordan was just wonderful! He was able to look at, diagnose and fixed the issues I was having and in record time.Jordan was great! Good attitude, polite and courteous. It was late in the afternoon on a hot humid day. “No real issues with the rear alignment or process. My only issue, the trailer did not have a jack/jack stand. Unless you have some blocks to place underneath the tongue it rest sit on the ground making it difficult to lift after loading the trailer”
