They got everything done today and even provided me with a free rental. The service department checked in with me throughout the day, letting me know what was needed and which items were covered under my warranty. He didn’t try to upsell me or push unnecessary work—he worked with me and respected my request to only service items not covered under warranty.

“This place is very good. They are the MOST real in Rockford. If the car isn't what you want they give you many choices and tell you what they know is wrong with it. Im from Chicago where we deal with a lot of good & bad dealerships. This one is definitely my favorite in Rockford. They will get you right. GO IN WITH CASH it makes the drawn out phone conversation obsolete. You can't pick a car over the phone. Just a heads up... but these guys are great! Absolutely recommend”

“I wanted to leave a review in regards of my experience and that of my family's at this lot. We moved from Michigan not too long ago and have looked for a reasonably priced SUV and car for my husband to commute to work. We found 2 vehicles we were interested in and left a voicemail. No response for 2 days which we understood since it was a Friday evening and online they say they work only Saturday until 3. Monday around 2pm we had a call from the sales person Maria and she gave us more information on the cars. We scheduled our test drive and came in with cash in hand ready to get a vehicle. Happily left with 2 vehicles! Our Honda Civic needed the windshield replaced and the owner said he would pay for it since my husband drives into the city daily and it would not be safe to drive with it cracked. No money out of our pockets!!
We had our appointment scheduled by the time we signed the paperwork and took it in the next day for replacement. We got a little key fob jewel on my nissan keys that was a new car gift from the sales girl, so sweet! All in all it was a pleasant and fast experience compared to what we were used to back home. Five stars for service and working with you on giving the best price! Thanks for everything!

“I brought a used car from this lot I paid for it in cash, I think about a few days later I talked to him as the bill was high over 1,800 I told him the fair way to do it is to paid for it to get done well he paid 1,000 for it I ended up paying the rest so we more or less split it which was nice of him to do that I'm still waiting for last payment to come. the air conditioner is working good so thank you for your part. so I will see if I get my last payment from him?”
“The best place to buy cars. Between mine and those of my acquaintances who bought, there were many cars that I bought from Mr. Gary, a true gentleman, who helped me, who helped people that I sent him, a gentleman. When he left I paid my respects to his widow and never returned, but it was always a good experience shopping here. I hope everything stays the same as before. That place was a reference in those years.”

They are so nice and always give me a great deal… They even lowered my down payment when we needed a 3rd row seating vehicle and they always work with me if I need to be late!! I’m shocked at some of these negative comments and willing to bet it’s the buyer not the car lot because after 4 reliable vehicles, I just don’t see it!! I love them and will always go to them!!”
“I'm going to be honest...after reading the reviews of this place I was very hesitant to go because they are HORRIBLE. But I saw a car on Facebook Marketplace that I absolutely had to look at because it looked really really nice. I reached out via Facebook and they got back to me pretty much right away. And I went to check out the car same day. I got there...I test drove it, it had some imperfections but it was a really nice car. I ended up taking it to autozone and they put it on a tester and the engine came back completely clear. It had a crack in the windshield and there was minor rumbles going over bumps but it was used and was 10 years old. I decided to buy it and honestly I am very pleased with it. I was able to put it on the highway and it drove very smooth. I got an inspection done on it and all they said I needed was tie rod ends and maybe a tune up. THIS WAS A WIN WIN!”

He allowed us the freedom of test driving every car we looked at with no hassle! He is very up front with any issues with the cars. Usually buying a car is very draining and stressful but we laughed more than anything. We was greeted by every staff member that worked there. It gave very family oriented which we loved! Integrity motors is EASY, FAST and FRIENDLY! I HIGHLY recommend!”
