I've been expecting a package that was set to be delivered on the 14th of this month the day before it was set to be delivered it for some reason said there was no delivery date set for it It was in processing I've been watching it through the tracking go between the town I live in and a different town for the past 4 days It is came to my town that I live in three different times so far and has never been delivered to me or set for delivery sense I've been playing hell trying to track down my package or to get any information. I just don't understand how it could be in the town that I live in on three different occasions but it's never delivered to me It keeps getting shipped out to damn near Chicago which is two and a half hours away from me!!! What the hell is going on with the postal service????

Can't sort the packages properly because they all have brain damage and never have more than 2 people who are at the counter in a building the size of a courthouse

Very limited staff all the time. There are 10 people waiting in the line and only one person to attend them, while you heard bunch of laughing on the back. they for sure have more stuff but only one works all the time. Such a bad managment

Came in to buy Stamps abd send certified letter on 6/6/25 Clerk 30 thought she gave my my book of stamps and didn’t , but she gave them to me but made a comment and said guess this comes out of my pocket ,I’m wasn’t trying to get $14.60 book of stamps for free , but hate say this there’s usually 1 great worker at the post office with 4 just there for a paycheck ! Very Disrespectful!!

I haven't received my mail in the last 5 days. This is just irresponsible and disturbing. I don't know if the carrier can't read or if someone is stealing my mail but something needs to be done as soon as possible. This will be my 3rd time calling about missing mail with my important information inside. Just ridiculous service.

There are always friendly associates working here. Whatever concern you may have, they try to help you to the best of their ability. They put the customer first. Usually 3 to 4 associates there to help at a time. Some times the line does get long. I’ve never waited in line more than fifteen minutes, and that was at the peak of the busy hours. They’ve helped me find many packages and made sure to double and even triple check. I would choose this post office every time- which is why I have a PO Box here, lol.

Some of these reviews are hilarious. One guy thinks the carrier should predict when he has outgoing mail (you can schedule pickups fyi). Most of the reviews are about USPS in general, not about this location.
Staff is courteous. Packages always leave the same day. And never are misplaced. Which is not something that can be said about other USPS locations.
I don't live in Rockford so I can't comment on their delivery drivers.
