I am deeply disappointed by the negligence and lack of respect exhibited by Xfinity Rockford employees. After a problem persisted due to an inexperienced employee, I requested to speak with a supervisor, and an appointment was scheduled with a supervisor representative named Kevin for the next day. However, upon my arrival, I was attended to by a different individual, and Kevin refused to meet with me . This blatant disregard for appointments, neglect of customers, and condescending communication truly tarnish the company's image. I strongly advise against dealing with them.

very bad customer service ,If you want to be treated with disrespect by the employees, visit this company. I do not recommend this company in any way. The employees are not polite and do not respect the customer. Sometimes, they even raise their voice to the customer even though we pay their monthly bills for their bad service.

4 times in the last year I've had no service. I couldn't access my account. I changed my address last year and now its reverted back to where I used to be. This service is trash go to t mobile or Verizon.

I know people won’t believe it, but the customer service at this store is great. Staff is friendly & every time I need to come here I’m in & out in a couple minutes.

Went there for simple return very very rude associates and manager. Waited and waited 45 minutes still no help. However Kevin supposed manager helped his buddies coming in the store. I interrupted him and said look I been waiting here awhile. Kevin RUDELY said should of got here an hour earlier!! I said I been here for almost an hour. What the heck . Other customers walked out with meNext time go with a video body cam... NEED SOMETHING DONE WITH THIS STORE ASSOCIATES

Why do they not have a phone number you can call and get a response? I called the number and got caught in the "automated help" loop. No customer friendly.

Went in to cancel some cable boxes to lower our bill with my grandmother, Bianca came and helped us get our bill lowered and was very nice and respectful. She also helped explain some things to my grandmother about her phone line. Very pleasant experience thank you Bianca!

The worst cable ever and every time you call customer service you can't never talk to a real person and the cable is to high and we need different cable in our area or I will never have cable or internet cause internet it's very high by itself ?

Absolutely awful. When we call a computer sends you a link (that I specifically said no to receiving) via text message. It takes calling back several times to wind your way through the hot mess that is the computer system just to finally (20-30 minutes later) get a human. When I finally got a human, it was difficult to understand what they were saying. 30 minutes later I finally got a manager after 18 attempts just to get a transfer. As for the actual product, it seems to get worse each year and cost more to get even basic reception. The whole ordeal was fairly annoying, as well as, time consuming. I know the people aren't to blame, specifically, but woof, what a hot hot mess they've made of a simple product delivery system. It's shocking what we allow from service providers. If any other company comes even close to what they'd offer, I'd take it. Good luck.

My husband died in Jan. The tv which is comcast ect wants a death certificate even tho I paid the bill for month so I gave them his address Maple Hill Cemetary. So I guess they can get this small box I found there because the idiot AI won’t connect me to a human being. Plus I have two broken feet and there isn’t a UPS store for miles. Customer service is seriously a joke

Very poor service, every day it seems the service has an issue. Cant get customer support and if you do it's someone from another country who will do nothing to fix the issue, then charge you for reconnecting over and over. I'm done with this horrible service....9 months of pure hell!!

Idk how a company that NEVER provides the actual speeds YOU PAY FOR is still in business. Worst provider. Awful CSR and the laziest bunch of supervisors.

They hand out equipment that don't work and customer service is horrible. I want to talk to a person that isn't in a call center in another country. I don't want to be sitting on the phone all day asking if their equipment is ok now after they reinstalize it over and over. I don't want my technician appointment to be canceled even when your equipment isn't still working. I don't know why I would recommend this to anyone.

$97/mth to have at least 1 interruption/day.Today, no internet since 7:45am, and still nothing... it is 10:38am.Not Comcast, but ComSCAMCustomer service horrible, just robot.
