The process took a few days because they had to verify that my battery had indeed failed. The only minor complaint I have is I sent an e-mail via their website and I never received an answer or a return phone call. “Our daughters Buick blew radiator fluid all over under the engine compartment. The tow trucks we called were going to be a 3 hour wait. My husband and our daughter's boyfriend started looking under the hood for the leak. Just underneath the engine beauty cover they found a split in the upper radiator hose. Auto Zone did not have any in stock, but O'Reilly's did. They didn't just match Auto Zones price, they beat it. The staff was helpful and fast. My husband and our daughters boyfriend replaced the hose, filled it with nearly 2 gallons of pre-mix GM antifreeze from O'Reilly's and let the air bubble off before capping the radiator. They fixed it on the side of the road and had it on the road again in just over an hour.”
