“This review is for the GM Christian. He did an amazing job resolving my issues. I thought the car wash damaged my car and when I was at the car wash the car wash attendant (black guy with the fake chain around his neck ?) was so rude to me and made me feel like I was trying to get over on the car wash and refused to let me make an incident report. I posted a negative review and canceled my membership. The GM called me and allowed me to do an incident report and investigated and reviewed the cameras and even offered for me to come in to look at the footage. I can tell he was very honest and told me the dates and when the damage happened to my vehicle. Christian said I came in with damage and there was snow on my car. I then realized my son scratch my car with the snow brush. I of course apologized to Christian and felt so foolish. I plan on signing back up as I’ve never encountered a problem with this car wash before. The young man who assisted me before needs to never be allowed to talk to customers ever again. He need to go to some customer service seminars 101 because that was basic customer service he could have given and he failed terribly. You literally had a customer cancel their membership because of your poor lazy customer service. All you had to do was literally let me fill out an incident report. Now I have to go through the hassle of signing back up because you want to be lazy.”

“Super clean car award for this awesome local express wash place! Excellent job getting all bugs off from our recent road trip! I got the full service and they vacuumed and cleaned the interior with attention to detail. I will be back. They have self service and full.”

I had previously taken my car to a reputable car repair location in Schaumburg to have a real fender repaired. They did a good job however I noticed the front hood and quarter fenders were damaged to the XPEL protectors...how could this happen??? The Director of the repair shop was confused, as well. Anyhow they approved repair to the hood and fenders, as they did not do this type of repair. I was to seek out my own shop. I called several locations that did this type of repair and was extremely disappointed in the 'high' prices and unprofessional responses I received on the phone. Then I called LUMINESCENT DETAILING Co. located in Lake Zurich...WOW what a difference a phone call made!!! Rachel answered and heard my concerns, she then had me speak to Frank-the owner.He was amazing in having all the details in repairing AND the price was the LOWEST I came across. Don't get me wrong , as you get what you pay for-however Frank was extremely kind, patient--I'm a woman- with zero knowledge of car repairs---and quoted a reasonable price which was the lowest I had come across!!!!!

I then spoke to Rachel and she set everything up, date, time, etc.She was adorable-yet extremely efficient!!
When I arrived later that week, Ozzie greeted me with a sincere kindness as I was concerned. He promised me they would take good care of my vehicle, Tho its an older Lexus RX350, however I take very good care of my car, past and present.

I picked up my car the next day and WOW, this shop did a perfect job , actually better than the original!! I was pleased to meet Frank in person, verses the phone, and he showed me how they wrapped the XPEL under the hood and corners...it looked PERFECT!!!!!

I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am...so if you are considering any type of work on your car....please look no further.... Take a drive to meet Frank or Ozzie, for an estimate. And wait until you see the awesome, foreign, variety of cars that they are working on!!!!!

If you care about your vehicle, this is the place to go!! Look no further!!”

“I have never seen a wax job better that T.I. I did the silver package on our old Lexus and it looks better than it did off the factory floor. The shine is so intense you could use the hood as a mirror. I didn’t know it was possible to restore an old paint job so beautifully.

Also an incredible job on ceramic window tints!!!”

“All the guys over at Auto Image are great and they know their way around cars, what to use on them (polish, wax, clay, etc.), and what will look good when it comes to tinting. They did a full detail and tint job on both my 67 Chevelle and 53 Ford F-100 and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Without a doubt the best detail guys around!”

I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. “Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. “I was looking to get my car professionally cleaned so that I could bring my baby daughter home from the hospital. I did a request a quote and Phil ended up responding with the best price. My only concern was that he was located in Schaumberg and I was in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of the city. In the end I decided to make the drive out and was so glad that I did. First of all, he's a super friendly guy and recommended waiting the service out at his Mom's restaurant, which was also really good (and probably needs its own separate review). I was hoping to be able to get my air filters replaced after he cleaned the engine bay area (2 years of living on a street under construction had definitely done a number on the engine compartment) and though he doesn't do mechanical work, he was able to have the mechanic next door come over to take a look, order the part and install it while I was at the restaurant. He made it so easy to get it all done. I would definitely use him again for the next time that my vehicle needs a deeper clean.”
