“I have never seen a wax job better that T.I. I did the silver package on our old Lexus and it looks better than it did off the factory floor. The shine is so intense you could use the hood as a mirror. I didn’t know it was possible to restore an old paint job so beautifully.

“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“I came to this car wash for their highest-level full-service cleaning. They did a great job, but I later noticed a few small misses. Instead of leaving a bad review, I reached out to them, and the next day the owner called me personally. He was very friendly and told me to bring the car back so they could make it right.
This is the kind of small business you want to support. They truly care about their customers and stand behind their work. They also use Blair ceramics and soft cloths that don’t leave the scratches you often get at big-name car washes.

“Very responsive and professional. Vic and i determined exactly what needed to be done, and what he would do, and then he did it. Finish time (2 hours) was quicker than anticipated, which worked out great.
Service was excellent. He did the complete interior clean. That included vacuuming the carpet, cleaning the dashboard and plastic areas, the interior glass, and the upholstery. Seats had significant stains -they are now spotless.
Price is very reasonable. I'm very happy with the service and the results. Will definitely go back upon future need.”

“Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. “I was looking to get my car professionally cleaned so that I could bring my baby daughter home from the hospital. I did a request a quote and Phil ended up responding with the best price. My only concern was that he was located in Schaumberg and I was in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of the city. In the end I decided to make the drive out and was so glad that I did. First of all, he's a super friendly guy and recommended waiting the service out at his Mom's restaurant, which was also really good (and probably needs its own separate review). I was hoping to be able to get my air filters replaced after he cleaned the engine bay area (2 years of living on a street under construction had definitely done a number on the engine compartment) and though he doesn't do mechanical work, he was able to have the mechanic next door come over to take a look, order the part and install it while I was at the restaurant. He made it so easy to get it all done. I would definitely use him again for the next time that my vehicle needs a deeper clean.”

He had the car finished before the time he said it would be done. I was EXTREMELY pleased at the work he did and made my old car look like a spring chicken! He did a great job!!! “This review is for the GM Christian. He did an amazing job resolving my issues. I thought the car wash damaged my car and when I was at the car wash the car wash attendant (black guy with the fake chain around his neck ?) was so rude to me and made me feel like I was trying to get over on the car wash and refused to let me make an incident report. I posted a negative review and canceled my membership. The GM called me and allowed me to do an incident report and investigated and reviewed the cameras and even offered for me to come in to look at the footage. I can tell he was very honest and told me the dates and when the damage happened to my vehicle. Christian said I came in with damage and there was snow on my car. I then realized my son scratch my car with the snow brush. I of course apologized to Christian and felt so foolish. I plan on signing back up as I’ve never encountered a problem with this car wash before. The young man who assisted me before needs to never be allowed to talk to customers ever again. He need to go to some customer service seminars 101 because that was basic customer service he could have given and he failed terribly. You literally had a customer cancel their membership because of your poor lazy customer service. All you had to do was literally let me fill out an incident report. Now I have to go through the hassle of signing back up because you want to be lazy.”
