“This review is for the GM Christian. He did an amazing job resolving my issues. I thought the car wash damaged my car and when I was at the car wash the car wash attendant (black guy with the fake chain around his neck ?) was so rude to me and made me feel like I was trying to get over on the car wash and refused to let me make an incident report. I posted a negative review and canceled my membership. The GM called me and allowed me to do an incident report and investigated and reviewed the cameras and even offered for me to come in to look at the footage. I can tell he was very honest and told me the dates and when the damage happened to my vehicle. Christian said I came in with damage and there was snow on my car. I then realized my son scratch my car with the snow brush. I of course apologized to Christian and felt so foolish. I plan on signing back up as I’ve never encountered a problem with this car wash before. The young man who assisted me before needs to never be allowed to talk to customers ever again. He need to go to some customer service seminars 101 because that was basic customer service he could have given and he failed terribly. You literally had a customer cancel their membership because of your poor lazy customer service. All you had to do was literally let me fill out an incident report. Now I have to go through the hassle of signing back up because you want to be lazy.”

“You can trust them with the job and more! I got a full interior cleaning and they even did a courtesy exterior wipe down, the wheels and even tires. It looks like when I first bought the car in 2022. I had forgotten to take out my 2nd set of floor mats and they even did those. They go above and beyond, actually mind blowing! Super professional, friendly service and easy to work with. Look no further! Highly recommend!”

“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“I came to this car wash for their highest-level full-service cleaning. They did a great job, but I later noticed a few small misses. Instead of leaving a bad review, I reached out to them, and the next day the owner called me personally. He was very friendly and told me to bring the car back so they could make it right. This is the kind of small business you want to support. They truly care about their customers and stand behind their work. They also use Blair ceramics and soft cloths that don’t leave the scratches you often get at big-name car washes. I’m very happy I came back, and I’m super satisfied with the wash. Highly recommend V.I.P Express Car Wash & Detail Co.”

“My Toyota Corolla's rear brakes were making noise, and I was concerned about needing a costly replacement. Alex, unlike some mechanics who might push for more expensive repairs, took the time to assess the situation properly. He was able to clean and adjust the brakes, saving me a significant amount of money. Alex is a highly honest and skilled mechanic. I highly recommend him for his integrity and expertise.”

“I had an excellent experience at BNZ HAUS. I brought my car in for a check engine light, and instead of jumping to unnecessary repairs, they cleared the code and took the time to properly test drive the vehicle. They were honest and transparent, and didn’t find any issues that required replacement. I had also been advised by another dealership to replace my engine air filter and cabin filter, but BNZ HAUS inspected both and honestly told me they were still in great condition and didn’t need to be changed. That level of integrity is rare. Truly exceptional customer service and honesty. I left feeling confident and not overcharged. Highly recommend!”

“90% of the mechanics I've been to either take to long or charge too much. I brought my first classic car to him and he got back to me the day after and updated me. After the inspection he found a major root of the problem and fixed it as soon as the part got there. If you're looking for an honest, friendly, and timely mechanic then niko is your guy.”

“Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. The interior smell brand new, the exterior looks like it was freshly painted, and the engine looks like it hasn't even been driven outside. I always say you get what you pay for, well in this case I feel I got way more for the price that I paid. Being a commissioner in Wheeling and love supporting local Wheeling Businesses I truly recommend Fantasy Car Wash Detail Inc. Big thanks to Hugo and his team, looking forward to my next visit.”

“(Translated by Google) Mr. Márquez is a very kind man who offers his services at a very good price. My car wouldn't start and I called Mr. Márquez to ask if he could come to my house to see the car. He informed me that he doesn't usually do that but told me to explain my problem and maybe if I could come see him. 30 minutes later he arrived at my house with his worker and in 5 minutes he had started my car. When I asked him how much he would charge me, he told me to give him what I think was fair. Super excellent service for a very good price. From now on I will only use Mr. Marquez and his services for my vehicles.(Original)El señor Márquez es un hombre muy amable que ofrece sus servicios a muy buen precio.

“I've used their services 3 times now and each time felt like I was driving a new car! The first two times they cleaned my Niessan Versa. For that car I bought the cheapest package interior/exterior.. Last week I brought in my old Mustang which had a foul moldy odor from water leaking in. I bought a package which involved deodorizing and extensive detailing. I couldn't be happier with the service! These guys are friendly and professional. I started going to them after the Bloomingdale turtle wax closed down. Turtle wax place never even came close to what these guys do. They have a life long customer.”

“I cannot recommend Bloomberg Auto Body enough! They did an absolutely fantastic job on my car, the work is so good and looks brand new. Not only was my car fixed quickly, but Ron was super friendly and personable from the moment I walked in. He was so kind, explained to me what needed to be done and just such a nice guy to talk to. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for any future needs! (I included a picture of the before and after of my car)”

“Stefan is the best. I’ve been using Lotus for about 4 years now. This time I needed him to ceramic coat my wife’s new 2026 Audi Sq5 and he provided me a long time client discount and as expected did a perfect job coating the car including rims. Which he did the rims at no cost. Happy wife. Happy life. Thanks Stefan!!”

“I was looking to get my car professionally cleaned so that I could bring my baby daughter home from the hospital. I did a request a quote and Phil ended up responding with the best price. My only concern was that he was located in Schaumberg and I was in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of the city. In the end I decided to make the drive out and was so glad that I did. First of all, he's a super friendly guy and recommended waiting the service out at his Mom's restaurant, which was also really good (and probably needs its own separate review). I was hoping to be able to get my air filters replaced after he cleaned the engine bay area (2 years of living on a street under construction had definitely done a number on the engine compartment) and though he doesn't do mechanical work, he was able to have the mechanic next door come over to take a look, order the part and install it while I was at the restaurant. He made it so easy to get it all done. I would definitely use him again for the next time that my vehicle needs a deeper clean.”
