I took out three items that I thought I might be able to get more for somewhere else and they gave me $200. I then went to a jeweler who gave me $300 for one of the three items. Luckily I was able to go back to the initial shop and get my gold back for $200. Today, I went to Arlington Jewelry & Pawn and they gave me $460. $260 more!! They are definitely honest and fair and I highly recommend them.”

Without making me feel uneducated about diamonds, he confidently and calmly showed me what the necklace would be made of: white gold and the best lab grown diamonds I’ve ever seen… and I have been around the block. Good things take time, the custom tennis necklace he made me was not a 12 hour turnaround… but he made sure I had it for her birthday! He figured out exactly what I would want and he performed!!

We did have to bring the piece back for a minor repair but it was taken care of quickly with apologies. All interactions with staff were very positive.”

“I was looking for a specific Cross pendant and called Elk Grove Jewelry & Pawn on a whim. I described what I was looking for and Jade stated that she had what I was looking for and quoted me a price. Upon arrival, Jade showed me the Cross and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I looked at the price tag and the price on the tag was higher than what was quoted. HOWEVER, Jade honored the price which she quoted me over the phone. I have never had an experience like that in a Pawn shop before! Not only did Jade handle our transaction with integrity, she was extremely friendly and very very helpful! “Very fair pawn shop, Nolan always takes care of me. Good place to be trusted at, Nolan always helps the customer to the best of his abilities. I started pawning an item at $180, but with me coming back and grabbing the item back I’ve always gotten a bump up in how much the store will trust me with. Any pawn needs I recommend taking here.”
