“I was told that if I wrote a review, I’d receive a pair of earrings. I was initially happy to do it, but then I overheard what sounded like the owner on the phone rudely asking, “is that woman still standing?” while Ramya responded, “yes, yes, she is buying,” and I felt like I was being watched on camera. That made me uncomfortable, so I declined the earrings and even considered deleting this review.
I also didn’t appreciate the $25 fee just to try on a dress if you don’t end up purchasing it. I had every intention of buying, but that policy almost made me walk away. Since I was only visiting Chicago for a few hours and had already taken an Uber to get there, I ended up making a purchase anyway and paid $430, even though I didn’t really have the time to keep looking around. The fee of 25$ for trying on a dress was anything I have ever heard like .the owner asking rudely on phone .
That said, Ramya herself was very kind and sweet, and I appreciated her attitude. However, because of the overall experience, I don’t think I’ll return or recommend this place to my friends.”

Flawless Diamonds is the exception: there's a clear reason why they have been so reputable for so many years. I wanted to gift my girlfriend a diamond tennis chain necklace for Christmas and Nick, the owner, made it personal. Without making me feel uneducated about diamonds, he confidently and calmly showed me what the necklace would be made of: white gold and the best lab grown diamonds I’ve ever seen… and I have been around the block. Good things take time, the custom tennis necklace he made me was not a 12 hour turnaround… but he made sure I had it for her birthday! He figured out exactly what I would want and he performed!!

“I took my ring to get resized , but when I picked it up it was too tight. After waiting 3 weeks I was a bit disappointed and sad I couldn’t wear it because I got sized by a women there so that we didn’t get the wrong size , I thought I would have to wait another 3 weeks but UZAIR stepped in was very kind and patient with me, asked what they could do to make it right & got it expedited. I picked it up a few days later, estimated date was the 9th .. I got it back the 4th, resized fit perfectly ☺️ he is the man I really appreciate his help and kindness and even being able to laugh about it after . Thank you again Boss !”

“I had a watch that needed to have some links removed from the band. I sent a message on YELP asking for jewelry store locations in Schaumburg that provided this service. Timothy Grant Jewelry responded and told me they could take the links out and it would be a cost of $15.00. On the afternoon I went to have this taken care of there were a few other customers in the store so I had to wait a short time (not bad at all) and after the work was done I was told there was no charge because I waited patiently. I would recommend them highly and plan to go back in the future. The staff was also very nice!”
“Got a 14kt gold chain from gold creations 2 years ago and it’s held up amazingly. Today I took it in to get the lobster clasp repaired. It was fixed under warranty no questions asked. Also had my gold bracelet resized and they left it looking perfect. Great service and high quality jewelry.”

“Juliana at the Woodfield store was over the top helpful. I came in with a beanie hat that my daughter received for christmas that I wanted to return but I did not have a receipt. Figured I'd get store credit. However she could not find it in her system to process it and there were non in the store. She took down my phone number and put a notice out to all the other stores to see if they had that beanie in stock to get a sku so we can return it. She called me back a week later to no avail which is unfortunate but understood. I appreciate that Juliana kept me on her radar to do the best that she could to help the situation.
