“I needed an affordable car which was going to be reliable and I am so happy I found Roger and Mike at Auto Deals in Roselle Illinois. After getting jerked around by scammers on Facebook marketplace for a week, I decided to stop by Auto Deals and see what they had there. Immediately Roger gave me a good feeling but you never know with used car salesman. Anyways he started asking question about what I was looking for, about my budget etc. And I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a few options and the guy was super honest about everything. I wound up driving 2 cars and really liked one of them and he gave me a super competitive price, much better than I was finding on Facebook or craigslist. So I bought the car and about a week later I had a minor issue, so I called Roger, he said come right over and let me look. Shockingly he took the car straight to his mechanic and they fixed the issue right away at NO CHARGE to me. He really did not need to do that but the guy REALLY CARES about his customers. I did not expect to be leaving such a long positive review but this place went way above and beyond. If you need an affordable used car look no further, go to Auto Deals. I know I will be returning next time I am in the market. 5/5 stars, thank you guys!”

“I bought my current car (about three weeks ago) from this dealership. For three months, I was looking online in Chicago suburbs for a pre-owned car. When I arrived at Chicagoland, I went to see three cars including one at this place. I end up buying another make and model from this dealer, just because of how great the inventory was.Both cars (the initially selected one and the one I bought) were pre-owned but clean, in great working conditions and fully serviced.I bought my car with 64k miles on it from this place. The car was fully detailed, fully serviced with 4 new tires and 4 new break rotors.I am a picky person in pre-owned cars and I could not find any reason to pass on this car.As I glanced at the inventory, all of the cars were serviced and detailed. As a customer, you can usually tell the degree of dealer's attention to the cars' condition and importance of the reputation by looking at the inventory.The owner and employees were friendly and the process was fast. “Small shop but they are very conscientious and do good work at fair rates.I was noticing a grinding sound during warmup on my brakes. Didn't know what it was but figured maybe a brake job was needed. That wasn't it -- they ground down the rotors and calipers. The noise came back soon afterward, so I took it in. Ira said the parts were under the 1 year warranty from a major job they'd done last year, so I got all new brakes all around at no charge. Nice surprise, and the noise is gone. I couldn't be happier.”
